Our family set the vacuum to start cleaning every morning at 9, and we're very satisfied. The vacuum works nicely. The only thing is, the vacuum fills up with dust pretty quickly, and often cannot find it's home easily. But, it makes my life much more easier.

We love the Samsung vacuum picks up dog hair better than our Kirby vacuum.

The unit I had was far inferior to the cheaper Samsung model I also bought. This unit often got stuck going up or dismounting rugs/runners (no fur or anything), go in circles mindlessly until the battery died under NORMAL circumstances, and provided no overall improvement to the R7040. Mind you I own the R7040 and have practically no issues. I would not recommend buying this unit.

We have 3 dogs who shed A LOT and the Samsung POWERbot handles this with ease. We run it daily, the dogs aren’t bothered by it, and most importantly the time and energy saved is priceless. I can’t recommend this item enough!

Simple to use, works great with Alexa, mobile app could be a little better, but overall experience has been great. we typically run it during the day while we're away and by the time we get home we have a clean house!

This is the most powerful vacuum I have had, and I've had many. It is also the quietest. Unfortunately, I've not found any robot vacuum that survives much beyond a year, this one included, but I can count on this one to go strong for a full year (something I couldn't count in with another brand). The only draw back to this particular vacuum compared to other brands, is that it is a bit taller and therefore doesn't fit under as much furniture such as couches and beds. But I'm willing to sacrifice that for its power, quietness and dependability.
