We love our new robot however the only one issue I have is it's inability to go under our table and chairs, it would fit but the sensors are not allowing it. Really amazing overall.

The vacuum would not pair to the app after several tries & using different samsung phones. We ended up giving up on the app. The robot follows the spot clean pointer but still has issues following along. Our house is not messy but it still got hung up on simple things like chair legs & cords. Honestly, just get a normal vacuum and save headache of constant troubleshooting.

Helps me keep up with all the dog hair and sand in my house. I run it in the morning and at night and have never had a problem with it

This has changed my wife's life! Her words but with 3 large dogs it really has been great. Thinking about getting another just for upstairs.

Reliable and easy to use. My other robot vacuum had been defeated by our dogs hair by now. We don't use the wifi so we over bought.

Even though the bin is the same size as a Roomba, it has more suction so seems to run longer without emptying. A+

I bought this vacuum because I have had good success with Samsung products and I liked the way it was supposed to systematically clean the carpets compared to competitors. I used it about four time. The first time (week) it only cleaned one room and went back to the charging station. The second week it cleaned the whole house (awesome!). The third week it clean about half of the house. Upon check why, the vacuum would start cleaning normally for about 30 seconds then turn in circles about three times, move a foot, turn in circles, move a foot, and keep doing that until it decided to go back to the charging station. I cleaned all the sensors per the instruction and could never get it to clean normally again. Never found out why that started happening because took it back within the return period to avoid getting stuck with an expensive vacuum that did not function as advertised.

We purchased this because of the size of our home and we were not disappointed. We just start it up and forget about it and the vacuuming is done.

This vacuum is great on hardwood floors and carpet. It has a harder time with thicker rugs.

Glad we have this Samsung vacuum. Easy to set up and cleans very good. Makes life so much easier.

Works great- gets all the visible stuff off of the floor. Beats vacuuming!
