I was looking forward to trying this vacuum for its sleak design and quieter motor, but unfortunately I went through 2 in less than 30 days. The vacuum operated well for a week, but then would suddenly stop working a d would have trouble getting it back online to clean again. Other notes would be its to tall to get all the way under cabinets, but I do like how it doesn’t bump the walls.

We bought this robot got it home and the wheel was broke. Returned bought another got it home and it wouldn’t vacuum. We originally had the 9350 had it 1.5 years and it started making an awful noise so took it back because we had the warranty, bought another 9350 had it a year and it quite working. Not sure I would ever buy another.

WE LOVE ROBBI HE DOES A GREAT JOB CLEANING OUR FLOORS EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE HE GETS LOST BUT THATS OK CAUSE HE REMEMBERS LATER WHERE HE GOT LOST AND CORRECTS HIMSELF

Buying this vacuum was the best thing I've ever done for myself. It works great, gets the job done and it's easy to keep clean. I also bought one for my both of my daughters. I highly recommend this vacuum.

Have this product now for 2 years it’s done a great job easy to clean and maintain I have wood floors and a dog it has a really strong vacuum power it gets the job done all on its own.

Fantastic invention! I have shoulder issues and vacuuming with a traditional upright vacuum is a painful choir. I love that my floors are vacuumed every day and all I have to do is empty the dust bin.

I bought one 2 weeks ago and after one pass one of the springs must have popped and only one wheel was working normally. Returned it and exchanged it. Received it today took it out of the box and put on my floor and hear the same pop sound and the same left wheel spring popped. A design flaw. I returned it to the store.

This all in all is a horrible vaccuum, waste of money very disappointed with it, doesnt do well with remembering the route its suppose to go, gets stuck on my wall(it climbs up it). Very disappointed with Samsung guess they should stick to appliances!

I had this for about two months when it started malfunctioning. Best Buy wouldn’t take it back because 30 days had passed so I sent it to Samsung for repair. They said nothing was wrong and sent it back. I continued having the same issues with it not going more than 3 feet away from the base, spinning several times, and returning to base. I sent it back for repairs twice and again, Samsung claimed they couldn’t replicate the issue. So now, I have a very expensive doorstop. I will not buy Samsung products after this experience!

This has sensors so it doesn't run into your cabinets and furniture it does real good goi g from carpet to hardwood floors

Replaced a IRobot that has beat up all my furniture around the bottom. So far the powerbot does not hit my furniture and it works great

Vacuum does not go on our area rugs. This is one of the main reasons for the purchase.

Love the remote. You can tell it to come to you to pick up something you spilled (non liquid). Great Vac

The unit would run into walls , go in circles bang into the charger. Called Samsung they where just as bad as the sales people in the Ownings Mills Best Buy

this isn't a very good vacuum, it isn't worth the amount it is sold for, doesn't work well and it never makes it back to the charging station, we clean this regularly and it makes an awful noise that we cant fix I wouldn't recommend this to anyone!

First the roller constantly gets clogged with hair. Also no mapping system to show you what it has cleaned. The app flag slowly. Has a difficult time in returning home for a charge. Overall it does not compare to the iRumba i7.

This was a wedding present and the newly weds loved it.
