It worked great till it did not... took it in and was a discontunued item. I luckily had the best buy warranty. That was a lifesaver. While it worked it was a pretty awesome little robot vacuum.

Great vacuum, really is but its too bulky in the house and does not get under your couch or chairs. Will trap itself very easily. Swapping it out for a new one didn't help either. We took it back and got the Roomba!

It speaks for itself. Makes life easier, especially for busy people!

Will put one in the garage as well. Clean while you sleep.

This vaccuum is very large and I returned it right away. You would need a very large space in order for it to do its job properly. Make sure you have enough space for its base unit.

My house is always clean now we can control the robot from our phone

This vacuum worked well as a vacuum, however, didn't go far before it ran out of battery. Also it didn't return to its dock like it would have.

Great looking vacuum. Powerful. Does not work with any apps. Samsung customer service confirmed. Had to return it.

Did not work on our dark hardwood floors or even our throw rugs. It kept going in circles thinking it was going off a ledge.

I have gone through 2 of these units, the first was purchased December 2018 and worked until June 2019, it stopped functioning. And the second was a replacement that June and lasted only 5 months. The most recent vacuum would begin a cycle and just stop in the middle of the floor, it continued to do this even after sensors were cleaned. I do not recommend this vacuum

Although skeptical, I still threw down some heavy coin on Black Friday 2016 (at Best Buy) for this bot. I'm a single lawyer (which means I have no interest nor time for house work). Toss in a very hairy dog, and my house was always a mess - but NOT ANYMORE! This mighty little bot runs around every day after I leave for work, and it's been wonderful. The battery lasts for about an hour and a half. It has very strong suction, and is actually very quiet (even when in non-quiet mode). Unlike other bots for sale, I like being able to see the canister as it fills up - a canister that is very easy to pop out and dump. I didn't buy the wifi-connected PowerBot (which is even more expensive) simply because I don't need to remotely turn it on when I can schedule this model to turn on anytime I want. I like: the sleek design; that it moves back and forth in regular and irregular patterns without missing an open space; that it picks up just as much hair as my upright vacuum (but, not my as much as my upright Dyson - of course); when it detects a lot of dirt/hair, it actually increases the suction and moves back-and-forth over that area; and that it goes from my stone tiles to the short carpet of each bedroom seamlessly.

This robot is almost perfect. Sure it has its hiccupps but for the most part it works great. I suggest anything you can move off the floor like chairs or any other obstacles, move. Makes for much better operation. This thing is very determined to get into spots it will not fit or barely fits. Just move the obstacles, trust me it will work outstanding after that. My only real complaint is the height. A little over 5". But you have a canister you empty when its full of dirt which is the best!

Worked very well at first. Then stopped charging and one of the wheel motors stopped working.. Programed long enough to run out of factory warranty.

No comparison to the competitors. I had to return this and get the Roomba.

this was honestly a lot down I expected something better from Samsung.

I chose this vacuum because I have 2 snow dogs that drop a lot of fur. I needed a vacuum that had powerful enough suction to get everything off the carpet, because even our smaller dyson can't hack it sometimes. Samsung definitely provides the most powerful suction I've seen on any robot vacuum out there. I've done a lot of research on all the competitors and came to the conclusion that this was my best option. So far, it's been amazing in terms of it's pickup power. It powers through and picks up all the hair on the floor. It's wi-fi enabled as well, so you can schedule, use voice, etc. My main gripes with this product is the navigation. It doesn't seem to be as good at navigating around the room and around obstacles as my friends neato or roomba. There is also a problem with the wieght, where if it goes over an uneven surface and the back comes up a bit too much, it stops and says that the vacuum has been lifted. Then I have to go over, pick it up, restart it, and that's just a hassle. I heard 1 solution is to put some weights on the back end of the unit to weigh it down a bit more. Hopefully Samsung fixed this issue in their newer models.

I have only had this vacuum one day and I am already 100% satisfied with it! I vacuumed with a normal vacuum the day before I got this one, and this one still picked up almost a full cup of stuff from only two rooms that I had vacuumed the day before! It has such awesome power that is raises the carpet and leaves lines like my normal vacuum! Transitions from carpet to tile effortlessly. I have 3 cats (one of which is long hair) and it has no issue gathering up all the hair they shed. It even picked up a penny off the tile floor! I was reluctant to spend so much money on a vacuum like this (never owned one before) but so far I am COMPLETELY satisfied with the product and I would HIGHLY recommend it! Also, when approaching furniture it goes slow and barely bumps it so it does not damage any furniture!
