The technology just isn't quite there for any robot vacuum yet. Compared to Neato, Roomba and Dyson this is far superior. It cannot be docked against the grain of wood or it will act crazy and it randomly gets hung up silly things like a chair leg. Its powerful and fast, great navigation. this specific model does not have wifi and you can set it to clean every day or just once. overall i am satisfied with the purchase.

Pricy, but seems to exceed my expectations. Goes on uneven floors and transitions to carpet nicely.

Makes daily pet hair clean up a breeze. I love it - the dogs? well, maybe they will learn to love it. It doesn't hit my furniture legs; gets all the pet hair up and even cleans up around one of the dogs that doesn't move out of the way. Puts itself up just like the video in the store shows. Smart purchase.

Does a great job of cleaning. Surprised at what our canister vacuum was missing. Rarely gets stuck or lost.

Had 3 weeks now. Set to run every day at 8 am. Take a look at the attached picture. Thanks for my dog that is one day's pickup. LOVE LOVE LOVE

My original intention was to get the Roomba to help keep our floors clean in between using our upright Shark vacuum. I've owned the top of the line Dyson, then bought a Shark, and was still planning to use my Shark for deep cleaning vacuuming while using the Roomba in between. My plans changed completely when I saw Samsungs line of robovacs. I decided to spend twice as much as what I was planning on spending when I saw just how powerful and intuitive the Samsung 9000 series is. I knew I had 45 days (being an Elite Plus member) to test it out and see if it could literally replace my powerful Shark upright vacuum. That's why I love Best Buy's return policy with Elite Plus members, and why I spend a ton of money at Best Buy every year to maintain my Elite Plus status. I digress. Anyway, after getting familiar with my new Samsung 9000 I love the remote control that comes with it. You can program the Samsung to vacuum whenever you want as often as you want but I prefer to use the remote and by just touching the "auto" button this starts the vacuuming process. It has a "quite" button that puts the Samsung on a slower speed but much quieter, so we always use this option. The Spot Cleaning option is awesome! By pointing the remote at a particular spot on the floor it shines a laser where the vacuum will automatically follow and deep clean that area until you release the button. Overall I am very pleased with this vacuum and it is now our primary vacuum for everyday use!

This robot vacuum is the best one out there. Cleans great and only gets stuck once in a while. It started making a lot of noise while cleaning but no questions asked when we used the service plan to replace it. We got the same one and hope that Samsung will fix the locks on the bottom of the machine to last longer.

If your room has low obstacles it will get stuck. Under dresser. Under bed. Under coffee table. And make sure you coil all electric wires and raise them off floor. Once you've" preped" the room it works fine! For the price I'm not sure it is for everyone.

With four cats and one dog in the house, we have used this vacuum daily and it does a great job cleaning and pulling up pet hair and dirt off the floor. It transitions from carpet to hard floors with ease. Samsung provides an extra Hepa filter so that you can wash and dry one while running. The pets are curious about it when it's running but doesn't interrupt there naps.

Love that it has great suction and long battery life!! Does a great job!!

I wouldn't be caught having company over without running my Izzy, her nickname, first. She does a wonderful job of cleaning. I have five pets. Three cats and two dogs. Two cats have long white hair. Izzy never plugs up and is easy two clean. Washable filter and dirt bin means you start fresh every time and don't need to buy more bags or filters. I would recommend one to everyone.

Had another make years ago and it never really worked good to much dog hair getting stuck in the wheels and brush . The Samsung has not had any problem with dog hair , cleans easy and does a good job . I use it every other day and my floors look great .The build seems pretty good should last .

The Samsung robotic vacuum stands up to its sales description. It is tireless, efficient, and it does the job it is suppose to do. This robotic vacuum gives almost one hour of continual vacuuming before it needs a recharge. The motor is small but powerful and it really does work.

I chose the Samsung as it had the strongest motor/vacuum as well as a larger debris bin. I was not disappointed on those ends. It does a great job getting the pet hair up and I now only have to empty the vacuum two - three times a week compared to everyday at the beginning. What is extremely disappointing is it's inability to navigate over my heater vents. and get onto my throw rugs from the hardwood floor. It will get onto a floor vent, then attempt to back up. as it backs up, it works it's way towards the wall and eventually the back of the vacuum will raise up onto the wall and get stuck, stopping the vacuum. When getting onto the throw rugs, it will attempt to get on several times before it does, if at all. Most of the time I will find it in the evening either stuck on a vent against a flat wall (not in a corner) or half on - half off of the rug. It would have also been nice if it would have come with one of the 'virtual walls' that will prevent it from going into an area when used. I could at least keep it from going up against the wall where the vent is.

this is my second one. I moved to a 2 story house so needed another one. I got this one for my upstairs for the carpeted bedrooms. it is a great help to keep the house clean and tidy during the week. it is strong. it can move lighter furniture.

I'm impressed at how well it works. My only complaint is that it's a little slow and sometimes redundant.
