Previously had a Neato that we were satisfied with, but knew we could do better. The Samsung definitely exceeded our expectations. Very pleased.

It was a good product but found myself still have to sweep in the corners and along the edges where the power bot couldn't get. I returned because I felt like I was double cleaning.

I've had my vacuum now for about 5 months now, love love love it.!! I don't know what I would do with out it. It shines my wood floors, goes under the beds that have carpet. I run it all the time. Best thing I have ever bought

Hands down this is the best robot vacuum on the market, i have tried numerous vacuums and this stomps all the competition. If your debating on buying this do not wait any longer you will not regret it!!

This Samsung bot vacuum is quite well made. Very solid and sturdy. It has many nice features and does a great job off cleaning, especially on hardwood floors.

Does an excellent job vacuuming my house. I love coming home to a freshly vacuumed house. It doesn't miss a spot.

This is by far the best purchase ive made. The vacuum is incredible!- picks up twice the amount of my dyson. Can wait to buy more and replace my dysons all together- this vacuum is impressive!

It does a great job of vacuuming I just didn't like the fact that it pretty much just cleans open spaces.

The time saved for me to clean my apartment is well worth the price paid. Very few times that it was not able to return back to the charger due to being stuck on the drapes or carpets.

Works well to keep a daily clean of the house. Still mapping the home so it may get all the corners but as of yet gets 98% of the house.

This is a very powerful vacuum. Definitely nice to have the help around the house. It does have some issues maneuvering around some chairs but otherwise works great

I started out with a roomba and decided I wanted something with a bit better technology to be able to map out the room. I did a LOT of research and decided to trade it in for this Powerbot. At first I was fairly pleased with its mapping and how it was navigating through different rooms. After a few times of it getting stuck I simply shrugged it off as "not a big deal" since it was less work to move it back than it was to vacuum in the first place. Then it gradually became worse. I noticed that it would get stuck in a lot of the same places in the most peculiar way.. it would roll backwards until the wheels went a bit up the wall, causing it to tip upwards on the back end and stay stuck. That was the strangest thing. Then it would get stuck on smaller things like a corner wall that it was so easily navigating past before. Then it stopped finding its way home. I was pleased by the overall look and power of the vacuum as it cleaned very well. But my needs weren't met. This was advertised to be smart and to me it proved to be dumb. 2 stars for sleekness in appearance and for its power in picking up dirt; which it did very well.

This was on sale and I thought I'd give it a shot. It does a good job of mapping my room and getting everywhere that it can fit. An added bonus is that it helps me to keep my things picked up off the floor. It can be set up to run on a timer while your away but I am still in the habit of watching it work to make sure it gets everywhere. The reason I subtracted one star is that it seems to have a hard time docking itself. But overall I like it a lot and I am happy with the purchase.

The battery did not last as long as I would like and did not redock did not fit under cabinets. Disappointed for price

Un-believe pick up it always pick up even after you have vacuum with an uprite

Does a good job. Quick. Does not get in the corners like the Roomba. Gets stuck pretty easy. Greatest value........ House is vacuumed when I get home.

Vacuum was too tall to go under many pieces of furniture, although would continually try and get stuck. I was too worried about it getting all scratched up doing this—especially for the cost. Returned and got a Roomba. Works much better!

Very powerful and picks up everything on carpet and wood floor.

Purchased this on black Friday sale, it's very intelligent, cleans well, has a good warranty.

Powerful suction, very smart, love it. I would buy it again.
