Customers often highlight the POWERbot Turbo's impressive suction power and excellent cleaning performance, especially on carpets. However, feedback reveals concerns about battery life and navigation issues, with some users reporting difficulties finding the charging station and the robot getting stuck. The high price point is also a recurring criticism. While ease of use is generally praised, limitations in mapping and the robot's height preventing cleaning under certain furniture are also noted.

This vac has lots of power and a good sized collection bin. It makes it easy to keep up with my long haired cats. I was always vacuuming, now the Powerbot does the work! I have a very large house and it handles it all by going back for a charge and then picking up where it left off.

The Vacuum has a lot of Power, but compared to my Neato which did not need to recharge up to 2 to 3 times to clean my 2 bedroom apartment. I use to go pick up my kids from school and the Neato would be done(about an hour.) This machine in the other hand has to charge for another 2 to 3 hours to finish it's task. It does have a lot of Power and the remote is extremely handy. the App is a web App, at least on my iPhone.

Although the suction power is good, the types of flooring is limited. It does not function on carpeting with pile greater than 1 cm. The charging station requires at least 3 ft. of open space in front of it and the power cord is obtrusive. The battery takes 3 to 4 hours to recharge and does not last very long. After cleaning a small bedroom, it had to recharge for another 3 to 4 hours.

Hello there, I'd love to help here. Please keep in mind, that the Powerboat operates using an infrared sensor, it may stop on a black carpet. Also, If a long pile carpet or floor is slippery, it may take a long time for the robot to get out of the carpet. If you need additional support please feel free to contact us directly at 1-800-Samsung. ^Lizzette

My carpet is looking great. App needs some work. Challenge to set up special floor plan areas. Looses its way home after an error. Overall it does a great job.

Has plenty of suction power and keeps floors MUCH cleaner than the traditional method of vacuuming once or twice a week. It cleans as well as my Kirby upright! Has a really nice guidance system and does a really good job of "staying out of trouble!" The battery lasts a reasonable amount of time considering I always use mine on max/turbo (it has 3 suction power settings). Dust container is large enough to handle several cleanings before needing to be emptied. Rarely gets anything tangled in it's brush head but it is easy to remove and clean anyway. My only issue is the "floorplan" layout mapping option doesn't work! It may be because I have only Apple devices right now and perhaps Samsung didn't thoroughly test this ability using an iPhone. So, scheduled, per room cleanings are nonexistent with mine so far. Still worth it and works correctly otherwise.

Much less need to clean the vacuum...just empty the canister. No dust to touch or breath. Quieter & more efficient than my Roombas (of which I had 3). Does the work of at least 2 vacuums.

Does a great job. sometimes fails to find charger but cleans well. still need to edge clean occasionally and use regular vac for hard to reach places but that's with any vacuum cleaner.

Very powerful, feature rich robo vac. A little pricey but found it on sale at Best Buy. Had an older Roomba but this thing is far superior. Great job on any floor surface.

The vacuum is one of the most expensive in the market and lacks everything you need. Once a plan is drawn NO editing is possible. if it runs out of power while drawing floor plan it interrupts process. The service given by Samsung for this product is appalling.

I am surprised how much I like this vac. A plus is it is ability to sweep under beds and some furniture. We have a cat and even though I thought we were vacuuming effectively, I just emptied a lot of cat shedding.
Because vacuuming is scheduled the floors are clean most of the time. DW says the cleanest they have been in years.
We have multi levels and the only improvement might be a handle to make the manual transport easier. It has helped DW pick up items that will impede the vac.

This product is nice and reliable, but expensive. Continue to purchase Samsung products because they work well and this is no exception. Got it home, plotted out the rooms with the online app. It has since been a cleaning machine. Nice linear carpet lines that alternate with each cleaning. My wife and I now enjoy a little more free time together:)

Great floor cleaning power and easy to clean tray make quick work of cat hair for me. App for iPhone is pretty bad but the remote and point and clean are great. Was amazing that it could climb a 1 inch high ledge on my fire place and clean it

I expected this vacuum to get maybe 80% of the house. We have 3k sq. Ft down. Almost the entire house is wood floors and we have two short hair dogs and one cat. Normally we handvac 3-4 times a day in our kitchen area. Now we might touch it up 1 time per week. We do vacuum the carpet every other day at it doesn't always cover everything. Overall was pretty impressed and it's part of our daily routine.

We bought this first from Samsung's website and we couldn't get it to connect with our wifi which is a major selling point for controlling where it works. As it is, we turn it on and it does a little in one room and then moves on to another, not finishing either before going on somewhere else in the house. I talked with Samsung support and they keep trying to say it is not their problem. They had me send it to a warranty service company in New Jersey who could find no problem (I don't think they knew how to deal with software) and they sent it back unchanged. When I try to connect to the wifi, I go through the prescribed steps and it says "sit back and relax, this could take awhile" ; so I wait and wait and wait some more until it says "that was not successful, try again". It is the same result whether I give it the correct wifi password or a wrong password. I bought the one from Best Buy to see if it might work better but it was the same. I think it is time Samsung got their act together.

Works good on all floor surfaces. Has trouble under the dining table with all the chair legs. Overall- it picks up all the dog hair from our golden retrievers but $1000 is too much for just a vacuum.

It's great for what it does.
Improvement points:
- In the Turbo mode, the battery does not even last 30 minutes. This is not enough.
- The floor mapping function is great. But the user interface can be simplified greatly.
- To pair the Vaccum to the home network was very unfriendly in terms of user interface

I've had this vacuum over a year now and couldn't be happier with it. It always works and had kept my wood floors looking nice and clean without damaging them. The battery is still going strong without issues. It's only gotten stuck under my dinner table chairs twice. If you can afford the price I highly recommend buying one.
