Again, great job cleaning with tremendous suction. It at times does dock incorrectly and doesn’t charge. So far it’s been an overall excellent purchase.

this new model is really good. It is far more quiet than the older model. Also the internet control is really nice. you can truly adjust this to suit your cleaning needs.

it works better then Roomba but cost more. Has more suction and cleans better along walls. It does get stuck under things (chairs tables) the sensors work like there suppose too. when it comes up to our dogs it back up and goes another direction they are use to it now.

This is nice to have, no more sweeping daily. The other one we had ran into our cabinets and other things. This one does not. the only thing that this one can't not do is go under stuff because it is bigger but that is ok cause it doesn't pull the cords out. it has better mapping and if has to recharge it does not forget where it left off at. there are other this can do but to much to list.

Got this originally for a friend and then I was jealous so I got one for myself. I can't believe what this thing picks up. Took a few times to map my home correctly, but now working great. Love that I can start it from anywhere in the world. It does a great job and no constant bumping into stuff like the Roomba. The suction is great, and that was what I was looking for. Just get it!

I have 2 dogs, which requires daily vacuuming if I have the time. However with the Samsung Powerbot Vacuum daily vacuuming is possible, operating this vacuum does not consume any of my time. Further more the Samsung Powerboat Vacuum does an excellent job in picking up the dog hair and dust on carpet floors and hard surface floors.

This was my #2 choice but it works for our finished basement. I like that it has a larger dust bin and washable filter. Both advantages over other vacuums; however, it cannot do "no-go-lines" which means it will run over electric cords. :) (My first choice is a Neato D5 as it has "no-go-lines" so it works best for our upstairs areas.) This one still is better than the iRoomba and I tried their top of the line one that works similar.

Easy Set up and quieter than other robot vacuums. It cleans, runs out of juice.. then it goes and charges itself, then starts back up. A bit pricey, but worth it.

The vacuum is powerful and easier to maneuver. Although a bit more accurate control would have been better.

I absolutely love this vacuum! I have two dogs and a cat, and it has helped me tremendously to keep the hair off the floor. It vacuums every morning at 8am.

So I might be a little biased because I am loyal to the Samsung brand. However, I do not like spending a good amount of money on stuff that is not worth it. That said, this robotic vacuum is probably the best I have seen and used yet. I literally cannot complain too much, if any at all, other than about the price. But to be honest, as of now, I think this has been another great investment.

This vacuum is great. I can tell it to clean certain rooms from my phone or point the laser remote at a spot on the floor. It works great!

I was excited after watching the informercial so I went ahead and bought it from my local BestBuy store. The Samsung app is a nightmare. It is not user friendly and I'm a big geek when it comes to technology. It took me a while to set the vacuum in the wifi network. The vacuum gets lost constantly when it runs out of battery. The battery life is not what the specifications tells you. It lasts maybe 40 min. This things get stuck everywhere it goes. I exchanged the first one and the 2nd one had the same issues. Save your money and avoid headaches and look for something else.

Its a good model, but still needs some work. There are few that are than better than this one.

We run it while we aren’t home because it’s pretty noisy. Cleans very well.

It does a great job, yes it has got stuck a few times. Vacuums almost as good as hour upright.

This is the best thing since sliced bread! It was so very easy to set up, no difficult technical things to do, instructions were relatively simple. Machine operates as advertised and does an excellent job. Mind boggling in its abilities! I am very, very happy with it!!!!
