Does a great job!! It's amazing how much pet hair that's picked up on a daily basis!!

For the vacuum side it's does outstanding work. Almost as good as our big upright. The problem is that it would seldom leave a room and if it did finally decide to venture out into the rest of the house it would constantly become stuck or never find it's way back home. Mind you, this is on a single level home that we are in the process of moving into. How does your robot vacuum constantly get stuck or lost in a virtually empty home? We returned it and moved on to a different brand.

I work six to seven days a week and having time to vacuum the house becomes very challenging. My Powerbot takes over this chore. I rate it up there with microwave, dish, and laundry washers.

This is a must have if you have pets. I have a husky and it is difficult to keep up with all of his fur. This Samsung product does an excellent job of collecting all of his fur in addition to normal vacuuming.

I like the 9350 as it can map your home, clean certain locations, and does it all in a very methodical way. I was wanting a vacuum that had good suction power and this one had the best. Picks up dirt and dust very well.

I had the Samsung model just below this one first. Definitely spend the extra money to get this one it's worth it. Picks up Waymore dusted and deep cleaned your carpet much better

We have new wood floors that have the texture built in. The high parts were getting the finish stripped from the raised parts of the boards. Also, it kept getting stuck on the floor air conditioning registers. It would keep moving forward and back and turning back and forth for several minutes and then either stop with an error or run out of battery. For the price it just didn't work very well and we returned it. Our older robot vacuum from the more popular company did just fine with the vents and didn't wear down the finish.

The vacuum works well and its fast, but it constantly loses its position, never cleans completely, and rarely finds its way back to its charging station. It is quite tall so doesn't get underneath most furniture...barely fits under the bed. I find it easier to just pull the vacuum out and clean myself. I would not trust it to clean while I am away.

The product performs as advertised. Its like a little solider doing its job daily picking up even the dirt you can't see I suggest anyone looking for a maid to buy this guy we have named "KIRBY"

My family laughed when I brought this thing home. Yet, when they saw it vacuuming without me doing anything, and the fact of how quiet it is makes this one a keeper and winner. Wife so happy I bought this electronic.

Wonderful suction, but, it loses it's way all of the time. It really doesn't care much for following the laser remote either and won't map out the house. Overall, does a great job cleaning though.

I was very surprised at how well the Samsung Powerbot performs. Cleans my carpet as well as my hardwood floors. Completely cleans my floor while I'm doing something else. I don't even have to be home to supervise.

This is the best vacuum I’ve ever owned! The suction is great and there’s minimal upkeep. Buy the service plan though because you don’t normally vacuum everyday and this does.

Gentle on your furniture, sensors are great. Cleans better than I ever expected. Beats my Roomba hands down.

The normal function of a vacuum is very good, but the wi-first portion is suspect. Every time I try to use the smart home APP I have to reconnect to use the mapped area. I would suggest one of the less expensive powerbot until they can get the bugs worked out.

I am giving this vacuum 2 stars because it does have a great beater bar and good suction for actually picking up material. It would be nice however if it could sense that it is on a hard surface and shutoff the bar as this just kicks debris around. The control algorithm works great in a space with very little obstacles but it still does not take much of a tight space to trap the device. You will find yourself rearranging your stuff to keep it from getting trapped and it still will miss areas in rooms with just minimal furniture. In a small apartment or house this may be sufficient if you have minimal furniture and keep things off the floor. You will definitely still need another vacuum in almost all situations. If you want to teach it areas in a large open space you may have a better chance of getting it to work in a room with minimal furniture. Then with this particular model you can tell it to just clean that space. This ability is not available in most robot vacuums. But if you move any furniture very much you risk having an area miss because of the way it moves about in the room. For the $$ this device should be much better, that is the bottom line. The battery life and ability of the robot to see area in the room need to be much better to be successful. Maybe in another 2-5 years I will be back.

Pick up a lot, has a great power to it will it is in use.

This vac is far superior to any other out there. Match this with Samsung Smart Things and you'll never have to worry what this is doing. House mapping is AWESOME! This allows you to have the device map a layout of your house and then be able to choose the room or rooms you want or don't want cleaned. Say you want the unit to vac while you're gone, but the kids didn't pick up their toys. Omit their room and go about your business. You can also control this vac with Alexa. It allows you to start and stop without incident. Don't second guess, get this vac
