Consumer Reports rated the Samsung number one by far. Consumer reports nailed it on the head this indeed is the best robot vacuum cleaner on the market. I recommend this product and the Best Buy insurance. You will be amazed how good this robot vacuum cleaner picks up dirt!

Please turn off the emergency button located at the bottom and after 60 seconds turn it back on. Make sure the room is bright enough for best performance. Goes offline, gets stuck, lost, alarms like a baby that lost it's bottle. Maybe firmware updates will help? Maybe iRobt will get bought by Samsung and that will help Samsung!

Does not work with an iPhone

I bought this vacuum cleaner for two reasons, the first was it was powerful and the second because it work with the iPhone so i could control which rooms and when it would clean those rooms (setting a machine to come on the same time each does not work as it work trigger the alarm system). After a frustrating hour trying to get the iPhone and Powerbot to talk to each other it turns out that the PowerBot will only work with an Android phone. This is irrespective of the fact there is an App for the iPhone and complete instructions in the operations manual on how to set it up to an iPhone. This vacuum cleaner is clearly sold under false pretenses.
