Purchased for a friend. Post-Harvey construction, 3 dogs and 4 people. She says it's the best robo controlled device ever.

I was sceptical at first but after using it the first time absolutely love it I did not think anything could beat my rainbow vacuum cleaner so I did my own product test I used my rainbow first on my carpet then I used the Samsung I was amazed by how much more dirt and pet hair it picked up. This thing is amazing

You won’t regret this purchase. It picks up glitter. Need I say more?

Good robot vacuum. The automation isn’t perfect, sometimes can’t find the charger.

Has way more power then the Roomba does and has a larger capacity bin.

Easy to setup and cleans great. I will purchase another one fot the upstairs rooms.

If you have indoor pets you need one. Help keep the floor free of cat and dog hair.

This is a potentially great vacuum, but it will not link with my apple devices and customer service was no help.

The first month or so went great. Build quality is great but the system started having connectivity and cleaning issues. So far all robo vacs just aren’t long term reliable. Don’t love the smart things UI.

I listened to one of the employees and really looked at the Samsung and it fit our needs perfectly

Own a Shark and this Samsung. Much happier with the Shark and it was only $400.00. Samsung has plenty of power but rarely completes a cleaning cycle without having trouble.

Only issue is it will start on its own all of the sudden. I need to read the manual more closely.

Super convenient and does a great job compared to it's size

Cleans 95% of the house with out my involvement. Goes around table legs with ease. Does not bang into furniture or walls. Excellent suction. Works well on all types off floors. Cleans living room dining room and kitchen on one charge in about 20 to 25 minutes.

Got this for my cats to ride around the house, unfortunately they are scared of it. I did find out that it keeps the floors picked up rather well, so that was a pleasant surprise. The auto run feature is awesome, so I set it to run around the house about an hour before I leave work, and it is done and docked when I get home.

It does a good job of vacuuming around furniture, but is too tall to vacuum under most furniture. It is also very expensive considering it's limited functionality.

Did a ton of research and then went shopping for our first bot vac. After a 30 minute discussion with a Best Buy associate, it came down to the Samsung R9350 or the Roomba 980. Price was not an issue. The deciding factor was the size of the dust bin (largest available) and the suction power of the R9350. Brought it home and read the instructions thoroughly. Started by having the bot map the house. It wouldn't map the entire house without the battery getting low and the bot returning to the charging base and then then Samsung app would say "mapping complete". Also, there's no sure way to stop the vac while it's mapping to clean the dust bin. Anything I tried the bot went back into AutoClean mode. It was a weekend so the only Samsung support available was "Chat"...no phone. All they did was recite stuff out of the Owners Manual which didn't help anything. So today (Monday) I called support and all they were able to do was verbalize what's in the Owners Manual. They couldn't solve the "mapping complete" (when it's not) issue as well as the proper way to pause the bot to clean the dust bin during the mapping process. Whoever at Samsung was in charge of creating the Owners Manual should be fired.....it's SO incomplete. Before I forget, the bot will not auto stop when the dust bin is full. There's an indicator on the (dim) display saying it's full. But if you're not there to stop it, it will keep filling the bin to where it won't fill anymore. We expected MUCH more form a Samsung product, especially when you pay $1,000+ for it. We are returning it this week. Not sure what we're going to do. This was our first bot vac and my wife is so disappointed.

bad battery, heavy, inefficient, loud and expensive, too expensive considering overall performance.

Won't navigate on my black carpet, decent for hardwood floor.

It’s a decent vaccine but honestly it doesn’t do much. Doesn’t pick up duty deep down in carpets and has trouble going on bumps. Cost way too much but only because it’s Samsung it’s a lot. NOT WORTH IT! I went through multiple vacuums before I just returned it and bought the I-Robot vacuums which cleans so much better. Yet again Samsung disappoints and sells garbage
