It’s a decent vaccine but honestly it doesn’t do much. Doesn’t pick up duty deep down in carpets and has trouble going on bumps. Cost way too much but only because it’s Samsung it’s a lot. NOT WORTH IT! I went through multiple vacuums before I just returned it and bought the I-Robot vacuums which cleans so much better. Yet again Samsung disappoints and sells garbage

Purchasing this Samsung robot vacuum is the worst product product I have ever purchased in my 58 years on this planet. THE WORST! I purchased one from here at BestBuy, luckily I purchased a 4 year extended warranty. Within 6 months of purchasing, the robot started going in circles and electrical smoke smell was emulating from it. I immediately shut it down unplugged and called Samsung. They replaced / repaired it quickly and they only warrant it for 1 year. They were so fast with the repair and I LOVED the design and mapping the area function , I bought another at half the price, brand new from Amazon. Now my first one from BestBuy has stopped charging so I will take it to the Geek Squad for repair. And my second one is doing what the first one did, just pivots off one wheel and only goes in circles. So the confidence the Samsung support rep so graciously bestowed on me, “these robots never have issue as like this”,during my first repair need was absolutely false. Does it job. Sometimes gets stuck, but learns and get better and getting through it all. Can visible see the difference after it. Bought one for home and then a 2nd one for the office. Great machine.

I have 2 hairy pets - this vacuum gets up all the hair! It is so nice to start it up, go for a walk, and coming home to clean floors and carpet.

The only problem with this product is that it can not be used on carpeting with a pile of more than 1/4 inch. Unfortunately NONE of the sales associates brought this up. In three visits to the store and talking to different sales associates everyone assured us that it was good on ALL surfaces. Gave it as a gift only to learn that longer pile could damage the carpet or the machine. Would of been nice to know before the purchase.

Cleans up our floor with amazing power, we even use it on our screened-in porch. Gets hair and many other things. Remembers last location that it swept and continues after it recharges!

Average to good unit for cleaning it did not do well with furniture or learning a room.

Had 2 one after another, good thing was we purchased the warranty offered by Best Buy

Had purchased a different model online then saw a better, more powerful unit at Best Buy. Salesman was helpful in canceling online order so I could purchase better model. This is a nice unit.

The unit cleans all areas of a room and doesn’t bump into furniture. It is very efficient and can be set with a schedule. It is great for people that have pets.

Stopped working after 1 1/2 years. Unit won't power on. I called samsung to troubleshoot they want an additional $250 in two batteries. Assuming the batteries are the reason it's not working. I would expect longer life from a $1000 machine.

I really wanted to like this vacuum, but I'm exchanging it for a Neato D7. One of the main reasons I bought it was for the mapping history report, that shows where it vacuumed, but Samsung removed this feature. Also, customer support is terrible. Called twice and not only did they barely speak English, they didn't even know what product I was calling about. You'd think their customer support would at least know the model no. of their top of the line robot vacuum, but the two people I talked to couldn't even find it in their system.

The first unit you could hear outside of our home Best Buy exchanged it no issues the second unit that is only 2 weeks old is very quit but has broken the brush under the unit. Will be returning this unit as well. Will not be getting a third. Way over priced Poor quality.

This vacuum was indeed quite nice it was very powerful but the high profile design made it get stuck very easily and also could not go under furniture as I wanted

This works remarkably well, going around even a shoe that's left on the floor. It easily returns to it's charging station when the battery is low too. Love it!

Better than an a Roomba by FAR! I would highly recommend their family of robot vacuum cleaners!

Effortless cleaning. It can be programmed on a schedule or run manually. It has three different suction levels and does flooring and carpet.

Great buy, but just be ready to have to take back every 2 years if you have pets, otherwise works great
