Lazy Americans (me included) rejoice and great auto vaccuum is here. We have two dogs and got tired of having to vacuum so much with two working people. Having the ability to set this up to vaccuum saves us time and energy. Works great on dog hair which was the most important thing we wanted to get up. Been using it daily since I got it with no problem.

Great with suction, it gets the job done. However when it comes time to finding its home, it dies before it can. I've used it 5 times since I've purchased it and 3 of those 5 times it was unable to locate home and just died in the middle of the room. Hair also gets easily tangled in the vacuum and the dirt gets backed up where nothing is able to make it into the bin that collects the dirt, so it sometimes just scatters the dirt around the house. I had problems with the Samsung 7040 model doing the same thing, and it would eventually never recharge after picking it up to place onto the charger. Had to send it back to Samsung 2 times for service and after the 3rd they finally refunded my money. Although I've had to pick up the 7070 model to place it on the charger after it dies, it still eventually charges. Who knows how long this may last before it gives me the same issues as the 7040 model. For the price, the quality is seriously lacking.

This robot vacuum cleaner does a great job. I have had very little trouble with it getting hung up. The battery life is great. It also does a good job of going back home to charge up.

This robotic vacuum does a fantastic job of getting up cat hair and other small pieces of garbage. Easy to clean and I love the app to start it from wherever I am!!

All went well as far as unboxing, setup and charging. Connecting to the app was a little challenging but I forged on and finally got it connected. Once I told it to start, that's when the show began. This thing is like a new puppy, it has absolutely no logic to how it maps out a room or goes about any kind of methodical cleaning routine. It goes from room to room without finishing, it goes back and forth over the same area, it gets stuck in tight spots that it ventures into and then can't find its way out. If you tell it to go back to the base, it might run the battery out just trying to figure out where it is, and my floor plan is very open. Cleans well as far as what it picks up, but just not happy with it's very random cleaning pattern. I wish I could tell it to forget everything and start over! It's an expensive toy that needs to be babysit. Might as well just get out the sweeper and do it the old fashion way for all the time you have to watch it!

Not so good picking up cat hair from low pile carpet , but it is a good product I love it but it will be better with combo brush , can't find any parts from Samsung warehouse for r7070 model or r7040 , I chosed this model because of battery life not for suction power because I always use it at low suction sitting battery lasts about an hour on carpet.

Very thorough vacuum. I love how smart and quiet it is.

My experience with this has been positive except it has problems transversing some rugs from hardwood floors.

I’ve had numerous robot vacuums and this one is definitely not worth the money. I spent double what I have for any of the other ones and it doesn’t pick up the hair or dirt. I got this one because it was the “pet pro” and it doesn’t pick up pet hair. The cyclone feature makes it worse in my opinion. The opening to the canister from the brush is tiny and nothing fits. The one good thing is that it is quiet and it maps out the house. It doesn’t bump into things hard. I would recommend for someone who has no pets!

Works great. Not perfect. Gets stuck every once in a while. Small dust bin. But gentle, comes up to furniture like a soft close drawer, slows down before touching it. And vacuums great!

Can someone explain why this is 2018 and we still can not make something so simple just work. Dji can put sensors on their drones so they do not run into trees etc. but Samsung and others cannot make a robot vac. that does not run into things. Yes the suction is good. Yes the beater bar works okay. Yes is does go home most of the time when the battery is low or is complete. Yes it does run into just about everything and then is also does not go in a pattern or straight lines like you would normally vacuum a open space. Did I keep it? Yes because it does half a** work. Is it worth the 500 i gave for it? NO. Not even close. 150 tops.

I purchased the brand because of my love of, and confidence in, my Samsung mobile phones. Additionally, after utlizing the Best Buy online product comparison, and reading your and other online reviews, I believe that I made an awesome choice! Got the Apps up and running with my Amazon Echo and Samsung Phone, and the pets used to this strange item in their mist. The amount of pet hair and debris that the Powerbot picks up from our laminated wood floors is phenomenal. The time and effort saved also really helps me focus on other cleaning around the apartment. My decision to purchase the Samsung CycloneForce Powerbot was one of my best ones yet.

We have enjoyed watching the Bot in action. It does an adequate job of cleaning. It does like to push on the stair barrier and we have to make sure it doesn't tumble down the stairs. It also doesn't like some of our area rugs. Overall, it works as we thought it would.

I really like this vacuum, but you have to move all throw rugs, and some furniture. It does a fantastic job, because I can see the dust it picks up. One thing, it does have a small container that picks up the dust so you have to empty it quite often if your rug is dusty.

This vacuum works pretty well. I can use Alexa to send commands and it seems to pick up most of what it goes across. The only complaint i have is with the mapping. This vacuum doesn't do a great job at mapping the floor of the house and seems to do loops in the kitchen.

I’m very impressed with the job the Powerbot has done! It’s quiet, did a great job mapping out the rooms while vacuuming and had great suction power.

This is a better vacuum then my old Neato. However, the robotic and software are bad.

5 stars for cleaning, noise, battery usage, navigation. 2 star for intelligence. This vacuum does a great job getting our floors clean and moves from wood floor to area rugs seamlessly. The suction automatically increases on carpet and is lower while on wood to both reduce noise and battery usage. If you want a smart vacuum though, this isn't the one to get. Although it navigates around things excellent and has an efficient path it cannot remember nor exclude rooms unless you lay down a magnetic strip. A smart vacuum at this price point should be able to map your house and be able to exclude areas via the app. I'm returning this because our main floor is much too large to have the robot try to clean the entire thing every time it turns on.

Would not buy this product again. Works as good as some robot vacuums but for the money it should perform much better. Mostly wonders around aimlessly, does not have a good system for trying to know where it has been. With the remote you can direct the vacuum to a spot, but that is about the extent of its usefulness. You can simply push the button to have it start without a remote. The App with the device does not provide anything worth connecting for. These things need to take a big step up in capability before I buy another one.
