I've only had the vacuum a week. It does well getting around furniture and underneath the couches. It seems to recognize where there are walls or obstacles well. It has gotten caught on some of our smaller area rugs. The app that goes along with it is helpful. It picks up a lot. Overall I would recommend it.

I had another brand of robot cleaner that went out a few months ago when it went though the unthinkable, running over animal feces. Tried cleaning it out but it was unrepairable. Purchased thing cleaner and although it is not the brightest when it comes to the path the cleaner goes on, it does do the job.

I had this robot vacuum for a few months already and I love it! What I love the most is that its easy to use and easy to clean! I will really recommend this product!!

I was skeptical about getting a robot vacuum because I had a friend who had one a few years back that seemed useless and bumped into everything. I was pleasantly surprised with the Samsung robot vac. It picks up superbly. Every time I use it, it's completely full. Sometimes I have to empty it twice in one full vacuum. It recognizes items in it's way and will stop and go around. I absolutely love this vacuum. Don't know how I lived without it. Now I no longer have to lug the big vacuum from upstairs in order to vacuum my lower level. It works great on hardwood, tile, and carpet. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

It's a great little vacuum that I have run around when I'm at work and it works best on the wood floors. My only complaint is that it does take some odd paths which takes it over and over the same spots and misses others, but it usually catches them on the next time I run it.

It was a free gift in my Samsung bundle of appliances, but my only issue with it is that it doesn’t get through my whole house with a full charge. My house isn’t very large at a total square footage of 1,800 square feet, but it takes like 2-3 charges to vacuum the whole house.

It certainly cleans up our two border collies hair. It does pretty good at getting all the areas. The only thing I wished for is when it gives an error you know what error it is. Also wish it would only go off once a day rather then several but a more clean floor is better just don't need it late at night.

It is very helpful with dog hair, but also gets clogged easily with said dog hair. I was hoping this unit allowed for mapping of the house so I could tell it which areas to vacuum, but it is not that advanced. Still a nice little unit to supplement regular vacuuming.

Had no problem working the app and getting it all set up. Vacuum does very well and once it learns your floor it does a better job. That takes about 5-6 runs. If you move the base it has to re-learn locations. Battery life is just okay. it has to re-home, sometimes twice, to get the job done.

It was time for an upgrade of my old Roomba, opted to try a Samsung that could pair with my new fridge. Numerous advantages compared to my Roomba: *Bot does not bump your furniture and walls *Pattern is not random spirals, systematically cleans the room from side to side *Stops to charge and picks up where it left off *App alerts you of issues *Debris container is enclosed and easy to empty and washable *Noticeably Quieter All around better in every way over the Roomba, I bought a second one for the upstairs after my purchase for the downstairs. You won’t be disappointed with this unit!

Easy to use. Setup of the product was easy and have had no issues since. Product gets the job done

Gets "lost" every now and then, but its good at what it does. I suggest setting it to clean at night because it takes two charges to complete the cleaning cycle. It's small enough to clean under furniture which is great.

Quite expensive but got it from Daily deal discount. Suction well and clean well in a good pattern but still may miss some spots. Easy to empty tray and clean filter. Cannot replace regular room vacuum cleaner and save it for smaller areas and non-carpeted places

The vacuum itself is impressive. The suction is good, and it did a pretty good job picking up everything it went over, including fine dust and dirt. The main reason for the mark-down is their software. At this price point, I expect setup to work relatively well.

I have to say - I was never for the idea of a robot vacuum, until we got this one on a whim......I don't know if I will ever go back to NOT having a robot vacuum. This vacuum does not replace the need to vacuum with a full size vacuum.....but it reduces the frequency of it. I run the robot vacuum every day around noon and 7pm.........and I might have to vacuum once a week. Keep in mind we have a dog, and 5 people living in this house........so that frequency is pretty amazing. I would totally buy this again (possibly the more powerful models) when this dies in the future.

This vacuum has great suction, picks up everything. I have all wood floors and porcelain tile floors. Works great on those floors but the thick area rugs it cannot transition onto. I tried turning it off and putting it on the area rug but it just goes in circles in that one area. It struggles. I’m sure if I had thin area rugs it would probably work fine. Also it will not sync to my iPhone, Alexa nor my iPad. I googled to troubleshoot and found many people having this problem. I received this free with the purchase of my Samsung Family Hub refrigerator. Hoping it syncs to that when they deliver. I can’t complain it was free but glad I didn’t spend the $500 on it. I’d recommend it if you don’t have thicker area rugs.

Worked awesome, had an issue with the bumper sensor, just decided to return for a new one.

I got this free in an offer for buying couple of Samsung appliance. I had very low expectation on it as it came free. But it turned out to be so good, i retired my older carpet vaccum. Good sensor and tracking system which makes it clean from edge to edge. Strong suction power, which eliminates the need for a brush which other brand robo vaccums have. It also has a corner cleaner which sweeps the dusts clean which are accumulated towards the wall - the brush vacuum typically throughs dust all over the place. Planning to buy 1 more for use in my second floor.

It's cool. It's my 1st time buying one and it's pretty nice. Slight room for improvement.

Cleans floor reasonably well. Good to edges if approaching from front, but leaves gap when traversing parallel along edge, hence not cleaning to edge. Box indicates floor map is shown in app... out of date app shown and not true in new app. No floor map shown.
