The Samsung bot does a better job of mapping the house and returning to the docking station for charging than the Roomba ever did. Would have given 5 stars but the storage container intake sometimes gets plugged up early in and doesn’t actually fill up

I charged it for about an hour, let it do a test run and sent it back home. It took a little while to find it from inder and around living room furniture, but it did! Kt picked up our cat hair and litter so hopefully it continues to be a good vacuum

Probably not as good as a Roomba, or more expensive model, but it does help. We have a house full of pets and it does an excellent job of picking up pet hair and other debris. Do have to keep the hair cleaned out of the brush. Recommended.

It cleans well but the ap doesn’t give you a map so that you know what it has cleaned and if you sit and watch it, it doesn’t look like it cleaned the whole area. I took it back and got the roborock 5.

This is the best robot vaccum I have owned. It picks up more than the other major brands I've had, and is very easy to clean out. What's really nice is that I can connect it to all of my samsung products on the app.

Did the research and this vacuum blows away the roomba. Works very well. Goes from wood floor to carpet no problem. Very easy to use.

My kids named this thing Jimmy for some reason. Jimmy sometimes gets lost on the way back to the charging station. Jimmy's batteries then die and my kids cry and say "Jimmy Died!". navigation back to the station could be better.

Expected a better product from Samsung. Great suction but battery life is short, doesn't clean the entire house and won't return to charging station. I have 2 robotic vacuums, and have owned 6.

Did a ton of research and reading on lots of vacs, finally settled on this Samsung. Wife didn’t think it would work nearly as good as it does. We have 3 large dogs and use it daily. It takes a little over 1 full charge to do our house but who cares. It vacs, recharges and then finishes. Does very good along walls and under furniture. We have open steps and it just stops at top stair turns around and keeps on going. Used it for a month now and we love it. Did buy the extended warranty just to be safe.

Awesome robot vacuum! This is my first one and I love it! Haven't had any other so I can't compare but it is easy and simple to use! My wife was surprised on how much it picked up!

Does a good job picking up cat hair. Only operates about 30 minutes before needing to recharge. Takes about 1 hr to small recharge and then does a repeat of some of the area and then goes on to complete job. Full recharging takes about 3 hrs.

This works really well. Just sit and relax it will clean up for you.

I got this as a free bonus for buying the Samsung media hub refrigerator. I believe it’s priced around $500.00. Personally, I would not pay that much to buy it. It’s an interesting little gadget at the moment. It does suck up dirt, hair etc. but is meant for in between regular vacuuming jobs only. Does not have the capacity for much. It’s interesting how it finds its way back to its base once the battery is near depletion. The option of controlling it via an app. Is also quite cool. The feature I like best is its ability to get under things... tables, beds etc. where regular vacuuming is tricky at best.

It was between this and the Roomba. The demo Roomba at the store ran into the walls too hard. That was a no no for my walls and base boards. The powerbot slows down, creeps up to the wall and cleans as close as it can. Also, the Roomba's design seemed more like an automated broom. The powerbot actually looks and performs like a vacuum with a roller and strong suction. I really like the app. Occasionally the bot grabs a shoestring or something. It alerts me, I fix it and it resumes from where it stopped.

Works very well gets the job done efficiently and with out hassle.

The original set up was super easy. I was a little intimidated at first because the instruction manual is the size of a paperback book! But in the end, the vacuum works great and is actually pretty intuitive to use.

We have owned multiple Roombas and Deebots and the Samsung has been by far the best. It vacuums like a human in a very structured manor. We had issues with our others falling into door frames, getting stuck under tables and getting stuck on rugs. We have not had any of these issues with the Samsung. We also have 3 dogs and this vacuums picks up everything. Best robot vacuum purchase we have ever made and the price point is very affordable.

Clean well and great feature that I can control with app easily

Named my vacuum William, does pretty decent without remote or without phone connections. I linked to my Note8 and was able to turn on a "turbo" mode for the suction and I have to admit I was very impressed, pulled up all the dog hair and everything else around the house. Pros: Very easy to use Very reliable Can start at home from my office downtown Cons: Does not run a sensible pattern Does get stuck from time to time Tries to climb plastic cubbies All in all, I have considered buying the higher level model, also have considered buying more than one of these. I would say if you have it finically get the higher model as I was told it's got a better mapping system and better suction, but I don't know if I would turn turbo mode on for that one lol
