We love watching this going around the house cleaning the floors. It does get stuck on one of our rugs so be careful of that if you have many of those throughout your house

Read reviews in Consumer Reports and they recommended it because it was the most powerful and picked up the most dirt. I like that it can be remotely controlled with a phone app and can be synced with an Echo. Easy to empty the dirt canister. I previously had a Roomba and it was not as user friendly. My only complaint is not having barricades or a way to prevent it from going down steps or easily blocking areas that I don't want it to go to.

Just received it a couple of days ago and already noticing my floors cleaner than ever. Truly helps keep dust and debris off ground, having kids and all. Get yours today...

Gave out after 1 year but swept good. Normal clean up like dust and ocasional hair.

Several reviews and home products sites listed this as a very good purchase. I have always had luck with Samsung products out performing and outlasting my expectations. This was no exception. We refer to him as "Fred" and the vacuum performs and works excellently. Cleans very nicely and the smartthings connectivity is fantastic. Love the fact he knows where home Is and I don't have to pick him up.

....until it stopped working. Then it was straight downhill. Sent out unit back to Samsung a total of four times. They kept sending it back without it being fixed. The cyclonic chamber is great and really helps the suction power while remaining quiet. Does get clogged with pet hair easily though.

Worked great for a couple months now the charger or the robot won’t give or take a charge I don’t expect to have to do warranty work less than 90 days in. I have all Samsung appliances except this and this is a huge disappointment

Say goodbye to your roombas and others this thing cleans your carpet like a professional house cleaner would. It takes a week or 2 for it to learn the locations of your furniture and walls but after its mapped out your rooms it will clean them better than my roomba would. This is no joke the suction is super strong and it also has a turbo mode if the stock power wasn't enough.

This vacuum robot is a pragmatic solution to keep the house clean. Of course it did not replace a strong vacuum cleaning once a while. But in average it worth buying it.

I previously owned a roomba and then a neato. A couple of each actually. I never liked the Roomba but the Neato was pretty good. I went through two in relatively short periods though so I thought I’d try the Samsung. This thing is the worst I’ve had. It gets stuck a lot. It just stops in the middle of the floor sometimes even. Also it is not very good at picking up dog hair. I have hardwood floors and after it drives over hair I’d say it only picks up about 70% of it unfortunately. Lastly, the scheduling hasn’t ever worked.

Vac works as good for a daily routine clean. Great for hardwood floors use the turbo for hard floors. It sometimes gets confused when returning to charge unit

Neither more nor less, really surprised at the effectiveness of this machine. Although I watched several videos of how it worked, I never thought cleaning was so good. It was a gift for my daughter and she is fascinated, truly happy with her "Wall-e", because that's how she baptized the robot, with permission from Samsung. Without a doubt, it does an extraordinary job.

It works well, easy set up. Only had issues with the baseboard of the walls. It will scratch it if the vacuum tries to clean on diagonal. Good Samsung product

My Bissell died after one year, this on actually sees where it is going, connected by Wi-Fi so u can check in with your phone and also works with Alexa via alexa skill.

Samsung - POWERbot R7040 Wi-Fi Connected Robot Vacuum with Edge Clean - Neutral Gray is super. Several things: This cleans very well. It has very efficient cleaning pattern. It does not get stuck in corners or tight places (other robot vacuums get stuck more often). I LOVE the brush and suction area that is the full width of the device. This cleans much better than those with a small suction area and the little twirley brush which is suppose to push the dirt to the suction area. Wi-fi works well. Hard to connect to Alexa.

Although this product isn't perfect, none of them are, it is a pretty awesome machine. It works very well and saves me a lot of time. We have 5 dogs that not only shed but track in a lot of dirt. I was sweeping everyday. Now I only do touch up sweepings, as this machine doesn't get right next to our cupboards. So instead of spending 2 hours per week sweeping it now takes me about 10 minutes per week!

Love watching it clean the floors and makes it easier for us to clean also instead of plugging a vacuum cleaner. My wife calls it her new baby.

We used to have the Rumba but we moved that to the upper floor and needed a replacement. This Samsung unit far outperforms the Rumba. It is able to make its way up a thick throw rug, which the Rumba was not able to, it is much quieter and picks up much more dirt and pet hair. It is easy to clean as the design allows for the dirt cup to be removed without lifting the unit. This vacuum exceeded my expectations.

This is a great machine to have. Picks up well and also gets the edges.

It works better than the other robotic vacuums I have tried and is much quieter. My only complaint is that it will stop and complain sometimes for no reason.
