Customers are saying

Customers are enthusiastic about the POWERbot™ Wi-Fi Connected Robot Vacuum's cleaning performance and powerful suction, noting that it effectively cleans carpets and removes pet hair. Many appreciate its ease of use and relatively quiet operation, while the intelligent mapping feature is also praised for its effectiveness. However, some users point to shortcomings in battery life, navigation, and the small dustbin capacity, along with occasional app connectivity issues.

This PowerBot is working well. I like that it is quieter than the 9020 I had previously, but the dirt capacity is small and thus it has to be emptied more frequently. Also extra filters are difficult to find and not available through Best Buy. I found some on the internet and had to pay $27.00 each.

I absolutely love this vacuum. It has great suction ability. The only downside is the battery life. It seems to only run for around thirty minutes before it dies. I do like that if it’s full it will go back to the home base. One other nice thing is after it dies it does go back to home base and after it is charged it will automatically re start where it let off

I really like this vacuum! It does the job perfectly! Sometime it doesn’t go in a straight line but as long as it is cleaning the carpet, I am fine!!

Vacuum works pretty well, had problems getting to register with app though. It does get stuck sometimes, but vacuums pretty well. Very satisfied.

The vacum is good for a daily clean but not necessary a deep clean. Does a good job on edge and seeing objects. Have not tried the mobil app yet

Pros: vacuums while I'm gone, or sleeping, or all the times I don't feel like vacuuming (pretty much always). Three power levels, Alexa integration "computer tell Samsung to start robot vacuum." It tries to follow a given orientation so you get mostly straight rows. It can find its way back to the charging station, then it resumes cleaning after recharge. Cons: it can't empty itself. It can't climb up a barstool without getting stuck. It can't survive lacey laundry on the floor without sending out an alert that's it's stuck.

While the vacuum captured a lot of dog hair, it would occasionally get “lost” and run out of power. I think my house was too complex for it.

We've purchased Rumba vacs in the past but thought we'd try a 'Sammie'. Very impressive! While costing more than our Rumbas, it does not disappoint. 2 levels of vacuum power and mapping to make sure it gets the whole area. We use it for our carpeted upstairs area and it does not disappoint. In 'high' it can take up to two recharges (it finds its way back to the charger, then goes back to where it left off) to cover 4 rooms at about 800 square feet. On high it can be loud, but if you set it to go while you are at work, not an issue. We like the phone app which keeps you posted on the vacuum's status while at home or away. It will eat cords and shoe laces so be sure to pick up before you let it run. A luxury item to be sure, but it really frees up your time.

Only two of us live in our small house so it cleaned the carpets well enough that it removed most of the dirt quite well. It was relatively easy to clean the hair from the brush roller. Our previous robot vac was a lot more difficult to clean after using. It isn't able to find its way back to the home if it ends up in the next room.

Works well and is quiet in operation, set it on its way or program works great, heavily soiled areas do still require traditional vacuums

Anything correctly, ever! Only reason there are 2 stars is for the edge cleaning feature which I liked. I believe it ran head on into every piece of furniture in the living room it refused to leave! I had to pick it up and move it to another room after the battery drained during 2 attempts for it to go into other rooms. Battery life is terrible. 30-35 minutes tops. I may still be crazy but I swear it also avoid any form of carpet at all costs! Even placing it on and area rug would immediately cause it to run away and back to the laminate floors. It was fairly quiet but also didn’t attack much dirt quietly either. Pick another robot, literally, any other one.

This version does not hold up. My other is a 9040 model and is far superior. The charge lasted long enough to do two bedrooms. Vacuum seemed confused and never found other rooms. The sensor is over-sensitive, so it would get about a foot away from a wall/furniture/etc and not go any closer. I returned and ordered a 9250, which I hope will work better.

I started with a cheaper bot. When I replaced it, went with this model. It does a great job on carpet, would have given it a 5 star but for it didn't do a great job on solid surface floors. It doesn't constantly eat cords or cat toys like the other brand did. I like the edge function. Did a great job on the cat hair.

Love this vacuum. It cleans well and organized and don’t crash into furniture all day like roomba. Easy to clean and looks nicer and is cheaper. I own both and I like this better than roomba!

Great with hardwoods and Large Cat

I have a single floor one bedroom apartment and a large 15lb long haired cat. I doun't know how I survived without this machine running daily! Robot seems to know where it is relative to it's base, though when it is returning to it's base in lower power mode, it's not the greatest at getting back. As long as I do a quick sweep to make sure the vaccuum has a clear path, it does the whole apartment in one battery charge. I recommend this as the vaccuum has to work around debris on the floor, it usually dies before finishing the apartment and will resume after returning to 2/3rds charge, but its not great at returning right to the area it left off, so sometimes I just end up moving it to where it missed. The app is good for seeing coverage map of history, starting the vaccuum, and setting a schedule. More scheduling options (can only pick the same daily time) and being able to model the apartment in the app for faster running and/or beung able to mark specific areas to hit or bypass would be cool (found in significantly more expensive models), but it's great for the price (which is still too high imo, but worth it).

Over the product works great! I live in a studio so I don't have any worries on battery life but if you own a house it won't do more than a few rooms before it has to charge. It likes to eat my Samsung cable if It falls off the nightstand. Sometimes it get lost on where it is but eventually finds its way home.

This is an amazing vacuum, we love it, no more dog hair, no dust under bed or other furniture. I named her Jenny, don't know why but she does an amazing job. My only concern is if Jenny decides to sue at some point in the future because she works overtime, double time, triple time and on and on and on.
