This is an amazing vacuum, we love it, no more dog hair, no dust under bed or other furniture. I named her Jenny, don't know why but she does an amazing job. My only concern is if Jenny decides to sue at some point in the future because she works overtime, double time, triple time and on and on and on.

This is my first robotic vacuum cleaner so I don't have a lot of perspective, but it does what I want it to, so thumbs up. Points to consider - it uses a sensor to figure out when it's going to run into something so if you have many items with legs (dining room chairs, end tables, etc.) it may encounter issues. It operates on a back & forth pattern & will eventually get just about everywhere but if you rooms of varying shapes it can take awhile as it will go back & forth side to side down a long hallway if that's the pattern it's in. Would be nice if there was a button you could press to flip the pattern, or if it would recognize short distances and automatically change the pattern. Of course if you're paying attention you can stop it, turn it, and then start it back up. Not a problem per se, just inefficient. In the end, as long as you give it a clear path it will do the job. I have hardwood floors and heavy duty 36 x 48 rugs at the entrance and it handles the transition just fine. Small throw rugs may be a problem if you have them.

This powerbot helps to keep our house clean enough. Makes less noise. The only down side I feel is the size, wish it is little more slim. Gathers good amount of dust on single run and finds it dock and goes back to it when it runs out of charge.Works good over all.

The vacuum works but gets stuck on items and needs to be rescued from time to time. The battery also seems to drain fairly quick as it will only clean a few rooms before needing to return for charging. Still getting familiar with it and its settings/ programming, etc...

Great buy for the price. Was skeptical of the robot vacuum, but would definitely buy another.

Works great! Picks up nicely. Easy empty collection bin. I liked this product aside most Samsung items. Dislike.....unable to fine new batteries for this. I was a bit furious.

Love the Samsung power bot. It maps out the area and vacuums perfectly. The Samsung smart home app allows you to set a schedule and see the mapped out areas. While I’m at work i can use the app to remotely control it so my house is nice and clean when i get home.

First I would like to say that I read a lot of reviews before buying the POWERbot. Some reviews were bad some were good. Here’s my take. Please understand that this is not supposed to deep clean your floors. However, the day before it was put to use the carpets were vacuumed with an Oreck and to my surprise by the time the robot was done it’s canister was about 3/4’s full. The one feature I like is the little squeegee thing that comes out and pulls bread crumbs, sugar, etc., away from the cabinets and walls then vacuums it up. It does seem to get a little confused on an area rug with a dark pattern but it seems to be learning how to get around. It also comes with a remote control which comes in handy. You can use it to direct it to a certain area on the floor. You are also able to set it to a schedule. We have it for 10am everyday. Overall we’re happy with it.

The powerbot has plenty suction power for most floors. It cleans my carpeted floors really well. It could do with a bit more battery range and the Samsung “connect” app is totally garbage. I gave up after about 45 minutes of trying to add the vacuum with no success!

I bought this cause i HATE vacuuming. This does the trick. i like it a lot better than the Roomba cause its the head is at the front unlike Roomba's in the middle with a brush pushing dirt to the center. I also like the remote app and Amazon Aexa integrated

The POWERbot can be programmed to run during the day when it won't be in the way and the edge cleaner does a great job getting pet hair along the walls. So glad that I finally decided to buy it.

Got this as a gift and never thought I would end up using it. I caved and unpacked my new toy. It's fun to watch at work. It actually seems to have some intelligence to it. - With help of a camera it sees where it goes and maps out the space. I use my cellphone to maneuver it and entertain my pet with it. My dog loves to chase it for a few minutes every time I start it. Set the timer and forget it if you like to. My floors are dust free when I get home from work now. I like my new Toy that I never wanted to unwrap. Nice surprise.

For the first 16 days it worked (one day past BrstBuy returnable date) then it went about 10 feet and shut down complely. Non- responsive after doing everything the support line suggested. Had to ship it to Samsung repair, and that's a complete other review that won't be favorable in regard to their communications. The unit is supposed to be sent back next week, so we'll see When it worked, it was great. Good suction and it seemed to do a good job. Gets hung up too often, but it's still easier than doing the vacuuming myself. So, it sucks up dirt, but it sucks insofar as reliability. I was recommending it to everyone, now, not so much. I'll wait and see after it is shipped back. I may go back to recommending it.

This smart vacuum makes life easier. Schedule a time for it to vacuum daily using the app or manually start the cleaning using the buttons on the vacuum itself. This vacuum will sense and avoid obstacles. Suction is automatically adjusted whether it is cleaning hard wood floors or carpets. This is a great addition to your home and will free up time to do other things.

I finally decided to upgrade my Roomba to this. Blown away at how great it is. Suction is fantastic and seems better than roomba. It doesnt aimlessly run around and bounce off walls and furniture like Roomba(my roomba had paint marks all over it). It runs very quiet and has YET to get stuck or not be able to return to its base. My roomba would usually get stuck within the first minute of cleaning. This is by far one of the best robot vacuums you can buy! Easy to clean and washable filter makes it a no brainer.

First robotic vacuum I have had. Was not sure about getting one at first based on seeing how some of the Roomba’s performed. Does a great job on hardwoods and tile. Great for dog hair. Carpet it gets most of the surface hair and other small debris. Has got stuck in bedsheets that we’re hanging off the bed. Battery life could be a bit better but it goes back to the charge station and then goes back out to finish the job. Also gets under the couch well (couch has legs).

Does its job, relatively quiet. Remote friendly, hence easy to manage

We had owned a Roomba years ago... I eventually gave it to my mom. It wouldn't make the transition from hardwood to carpet. I had been considering trying another Roomba, when we were surprised to find out that when we ordered our Samsung kitchen appliance package, this was included. It works well and even gets itself out of trouble around furniture, carpet, etc.

We have two cats and a dog so vacuumed every day. Now we get up, I press a button and it vacuums while we get breakfast ready. It has great suction and a nifty edge cleaning system. The dust bin is easy to remove and empty. Just pop it back in and it's ready to go. Takes about 4 hours to recharge.

This robot vacuum does the job well. Works good for the price!
