The cellphone was wrapped safely and it was in a very good condition. I really love buying cellphones at Best Buy. Very very reliable and trustworthy.

I bought two of these for my daughters have had it 2 months today and the phones quit working one you can even see the screen just stays black. Will not be buying ever again

Galaxy A23 5G can't send texts to multiple people.

This phone is NOT good at all. I bought this phone approx 6 months ago and I've been having issues. Such as dropped calls, involuntary conference calls and the screen would suddenly turn grey with white lines across the screen. I contacted Samsung and was told to go to Best Buy. I went to Best Buy they said they are no longer have a service contract with Samsung since January 2024, yet a Samsung Rep sent me there. They eventually told to go to "UBreakifix" to get my phone repaired. I was told since the phone is still under warranty my phone can be repaired for free. When I got there I was told that there's an issue with the Mother Board and the phone needs to be replaced. I've been getting the run around from Best Buy and Samsung. My phone is still UNDER WARRANTY and neither Samsung and Best Buy has not done ANYTHING ABOUT IT. As a loyal Best Buy customer and Samsung customer I very disappointed!
