The first time I took my protection case off to clean it, some little tape along the top by the speaker came off with the case, i guess a corner of the tape was exposed and was caught in the corner of the case, but i am just very careful now since i no longer consider it waterproof fully. I'm not sure if this was the refurbished part, but that happened the first week i had the phone. Nonetheless, the phone is still working and doesn't give me much problems. Fast and efficient.

Called customer service and said they couldn't do nothing about it. Worst $600 i spent and experience I've had with BestBuy in years that i been buying here.

Also this unlocked phone was not factory wiped it had the previous owner's apps loaded on it as well as the fact it is a verizon phone. Beware of Techriffic deals.
