This phone was refurbished but in good working order. The first time I took my protection case off to clean it, some little tape along the top by the speaker came off with the case, i guess a corner of the tape was exposed and was caught in the corner of the case, but i am just very careful now since i no longer consider it waterproof fully. I'm not sure if this was the refurbished part, but that happened the first week i had the phone. Nonetheless, the phone is still working and doesn't give me much problems. Fast and efficient.

It was a good purchase product as good as new. It was a good price for the quality of the phone. It had minor scratches but other than that it works perfectly well.

I recently purchased a refurbished Galaxy S22 Ultra and I am very satisfied with its condition and performance. The phone looks like brand new, with no signs of flaws. The processor, smooth display, and camera system still working perfectly fine. The battery life also works fine for daily use, and the S Pen is a bonus for note taking. I can say that this is worth buying.

Bought this for my wife after her old one finally stopped working, but didn't last but a few days after the 30 day warranty. Called customer service and said they couldn't do nothing about it. Worst $600 i spent and experience I've had with BestBuy in years that i been buying here.

This phone arrived with deep scratches in the screen. Also this unlocked phone was not factory wiped it had the previous owner's apps loaded on it as well as the fact it is a verizon phone. Beware of Techriffic deals.
