I use it for notifications, activity tracking, heartrate tracking. Those all work. I also get sleep tracking as well. Battery lasts a couple of days. There was an instance where battery died overnight with over half capacity.

The battery may not last as long as advertised but it does have the best battery life for a smartwatch out there.
