I have owned every model since the Galaxy S2. The improvements obviously through the years have been great. Samsung has supported the software well and the move to Wear OS was smart. Other than the gear style rotating bezel on the Frontier this is my favorite design. Samsung has incorporated premium titanium and sapphire materials which is a must for a wearable in my opinion. The battery life is much improved and the D-Buckle sport band is so much better than previous models. The software and features are similar to previous offerings. That's good because it's instantly familiar and useable. I really like the new watch faces especially Info Brick and Info Board although I don't understand why they still don't shade or remove the leading zero in 12 hour format as it's not correct. AM/PM replaces the zero in the US anyway. I intentionally focused away from tech specs as these can be found anywhere. Many online tech reviews just glance over are what I mentioned above but they are a big deal for long time users. You have to be comfortable with and like the look of something you will wear every day. It's durable, long lasting with high quality light weight materials. This is a win. Nice job Samsung.

I really like this watch! There are so many new apps on it, some of which include; ECG, blood oxygen, GPS, compass, snore recording, body fat and more. I was excited to get that out, so now back to the begining. Unboxing: It's now packaged in a long, minimalistic box that contains the Smart watch a new C type charger and a quick start guide. The charger doesn't come with an adapter for you to plug in the wall, fortunately I just plug it into my phone's charging port to charge. This may be a negative issue for some. The watch: I have the large 44mm face, which on a small wrist is pretty big, just the way I like it. The first thing you notice is no more physical bezel! I kind of miss that as that was the feature I really liked about my rose gold 4 watch. That said, it's important to note that the bezel is actually virtual on the face, I'm ok with it now...LOL. The only thing I have to get used to now is that the back button is now on the bottom. When I turn it on it immediately synced with my phone and gave me options to keep or delete whatever I wanted, nice. The display I feel is not as crisp as the classic 4 but that may be because its 2mm bigger than my old one and my eye just needs to adjust to that. It started out of the box with a full charge and after 27 hours I still have a 55% left after continuous night/day wear. The speaker on the watch is more than decent, and loud enough to hear the person talking in a small crowd. Conclusion: overall, this watch does everything, and more that I would expect. I feel that Samsung knocked it out the park.

Great watch, i should have upgraded sooner. It cannot be simpler to install and navigate.

I love this watch! The battery doesn't last very long, not even 24 hours. I have bigger wrists so I went with the 44mm. Its a little big and I should have went with the 40mm.
