The product is great. Customer service is awful. They sent me the wrong item and after fighting them for the full 2 weeks(everyday min 3 calls each at least an hour) i couldnt get them to replace it and send me the right phone. Best buy support is absolutely horrific. They are a prime example where outsourcing will get your customers to no longer shop with you.
Imagine sending the wrong phone then tell your customer that you should be grateful that we are even considering refunding you when the phone comes back.

The phone is impressive but I honestly think you can wait for a discount. The battery drains pretty fast it’s kinda annoying. Also the phone is really slippery if you hold it you’ll know what I mean.

Samsung has awesome hardware. This device in particular is incredible. My problem is the software. Things just don’t work as seamlessly as with Apple. One of the things I missed was Visual Voicemail. I use Visible and they only offer visual voicemail with Apple products. I also do
not like having the choose email apps, message apps, etc. Having an app that works great that I don’t have to choose works best for me. So it’s the software, not the hardware that’s a deal breaker for me. Looking forward to Apples folding phone.

I like how it becomes a tablet and I can do many things with this phone

I purchased an excellent open box phone the device was in excellent shape, but was Google locked to whoever returned it or the store that it was on demo for Best Buy would do nothing to make it. Wright told me I needed to return it. I purchased this device for $800 was very excited once I could return the device I could purchase another open box excellent one for $1250. Unacceptable Customer Service also, their customer service over the phone is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. You cannot talk to a store. All you do is get transferred to an operator that says they’re gonna transfer you to a store. Have a store call you back. You never receive any further communication. I have some gift cards from Best Buy plan on using those and they have lost a customer for life.
