Great quality, fits nicely in your ear, pretty. For refurbished they look brand new

I really like these, they have great sound and with the ambiance you can still hear what is around you if you want...you can turn that off and not hear outside noises. I did try to sleep in them and they were not comfortable for that...though they weren't really supposed to be made for that so I can't really knock them for that!

Its perfect and the ease of use is dummy proof. I just wish it had ANC.

I was skeptical at first since they were priced so low. I already had a new pair of buds in a different color, and these work as good as those do. I have not had any issues with the buds so far. I got an amazing deal buying these buds at like a third of the price of new ones.

Just like new for a great price. More than satisfied with buying refurbished. I was really concerned because they go in your ears and getting used tips would be nasty. Everything appeared brand new. I still washed them before use though just to be cautious. Would buy again!

Needs more base for sure the regular Galaxy Buds sounds better but this + version is more refined

Decent headphones, I prefer the originals. They sound good.

It worked well for a while both ear bud sides, but one day I forgot to charge the right side then started the drama. The case didn't recognize anymore the right side in order to charge. I reinstalled the wear app, but only the left was working. I could not use the other side ever again.

Like-new quality at a great price. Can't complain about anything - charging case works well, mic picks up audio with minimal feedback, and sound quality is very good.

I’ve been an Apple air bud type of guy but I was still curious about Samsung. Got these and I’m pleasantly happy. The sound is great, takes a little used to when wearing because the Apple 1st and 2nd generations are spacey in your ears. These fit snug which is different but one can get used to it. I like the fact that there is an app to regulate equalizers. When I first got them, it did an update to the ear buds. I can only image it’s a good thing. Before I knew of the app, I thought that the ear buds were going to suck because I couldn’t hear any ambient sound. But when you use the app, there is a feature that lets you allow how much sound you want to let in. Overall I’m very happy.

Work great. Others have no problem hearing me or any breaking up. Better than my experience with the Apple. I even bought my son a set.

These are the best fitting ear bud I have found. My husband even loved them so much he bought himself a pair and he's an iPhone user.

Lost one from my original purchase and upgraded to these. Sound is clear and turns on once they go in the ear!
