    I was excited to get these because my daughters work awesome but Mine unfortunately keep shutting off ... even on a full charge. Very disappointed because i am on the phone all day for work and i need to multi task but can't when these shut off during a call with a client

    Earbuds were a refurb due to not charging. No issue with wireless charging. Earbuds charge in case with no problem and case charges on wireless base with no issue. Great sound as well as ambient sound

    The best wireless earphones for sports including running and all around gym/active lifestyle these earbuds are easy to uses and some of the best I have ever tested.

    I use these so I can listen/talk on my phone while I walk. They work well and being able to just tap one of them to pause music is a great feature

    Doesn’t feel good for long time wear. Ear starts to strain if used more than 15 mins. Please note this is my personal review and every size and shape is different...

    Bought as a gift for my girlfriend and she loves them. She is also furthest from being tech savy and she is able to use them with no issues.

    Not sure on how I feel about these earbuds I currently have Bose and I think I like them better than these that I just purchased. Considering in returning them!

    The earbuds were to terrible. I purchased them try them but didn't work. I returned them the next day, Don't recommend to anyone. I lost money going back to the store, taking,, mass transit. The good part that Best buy has very good people working for them no problems to returning or exchanging items.
