Make sure it’s working one, mine isn’t working

Tried past 2 hours make this buds working. It’s completely broken one, for some reason, it doesn’t pget paired/recognized the device with my Galaxy 20, my husband’s Galaxy 21+ and even with my IPad Pro as well as Galaxy Tab! It’s fully charged, charging working, but the devise won’t appear on the wearable app nor Bluetooth scanning. I’m so disappointed that Bestbuy selling the defected refurbished one without proper testing the item before reselling. Returning to the store and going to ask replacement immediately

Hard to repair, buy new

Taking chances with refurbished/3rd party sellers

And unfortunately, this 3rd party was horrible. They did not provide all of the pieces AND did not clean the ear pod charger! I found ear hair and residue from someone's dirty ears. Disgusting. Inreturned and purchased a new pair for $40 more while Best Buy was having a sale. Customer service at Ray road in Awahtukee was exceptional in managing return and new purchase.

There’s always a risk when ordering refurbished

Not sure what their quality inspection is at Best Buy, but you think they would at least check to make sure sound was coming out of the earbuds. I’m giving them another shot and will update my review when I receive order #2
