    I did not come as described on the website, was missing the entire headset wings and different sizes of ear fittings.

    My mic cuts off when I'm talking ambient mode only work on my left ear.

    I understand these are refurbished so I can't have high expectations but I probably woud have been better off purchasing a new pair The refurbished don't work that well but again that's what you get for buting something not brand new
