    Purchased for my husband who has never had a smart phone. He loves it & the Easy Mode features. Easy to learn with great features. In perfect shape for "previously used" and having no SIM card wasn't a problem. AT&T added a SIM card for free & connected it to our plan with no additional charge to replace a flip phone. Buying the phone outright, let us keep the $25 per phone saving on the AT&T Next Plan. Great Price & great phone.

    I bought two of these previously used phones and tried to have them both unlocked through AT&T only to be told that they are both still linked to a active account and can not be unlocked because they are currently under contract. I then went into a AT&T store in Palo Alto, CA to see if they could better help me. I was also denied and told they can not be removed from current account except for account holder!!! I went back to best buy store in San Jose, CA on Curtner and got NO help. Employees had no idea what to do or even who to talk to. At the end they took down my info and said they would have someone contact me and its been 2 days already and no response.
