Q: Can this phone be unlocked ?cosmetic condition?
A: I bought two and AT&T refuses to unlock because the two I got are still in At&T's system as under contract from previous owner!
Q: How do obtain a sim card for this device?
A: We were able to transfer our old number to this phone with no problem. If your current sim card isn't compatible, Best Buy has manufacturer ones available and with your account info they can program it to your number.
Q: Has anyone successfully used this phone with Straight talk in Oklahoma?
A: This product is for use with ATT.

A: Yes any phone that can fit a sum card can be converted
