I didn't realize that when I bought it or I'd have opted for another S5, which is a great phone. The battery life is awful. Just sitting in sleep mode, it loses power enough to have to charge it daily. Actually using it drains it really fast. In general, it's not an awful phone, but it's really not an upgrade from the S5.

Great Condition

It works like a charm. Best refurbished product I have ever brought. The fingerprint scanner is responsive the phone has zero scratches and came with the protective plastic on the camera lens and sensors. The phone is very snappy and does great with multitasking.

DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First S6 I purchased from Best Buy in May 2015 (used with T-Mobile prepaid plan) was new and lasted one year, 6 days. Screen seized up and went into always running mode, complete mess. I originally purchased the additional warranty from Geek Squad (mistake 2) so I got to give them $149 plus tax to send me a REFURBISHED S6 (not optional). Lasted about 10 days. Epic failure (blacked out screen-done) while I was on vacation so I got to buy yet another phone from T-Mobile while still on vacation to just get me by...all said and done Best Buy was never able to replace the S6 a 3rd time and I have a credit at store to show for it. Not happy. Bad phone. Bad service. Don't do it.

Touch screen doesn't work
