Needed to replace s5. Unlocked phone worked great. Easy transfer of apps and data.

Everything about this phone seemed great... until I used it for several months and noticed a persistent dark fuzzy spot on all my photos/videos. Too bad I chose the phone because of its camera. I guess that's the risk you run with refurbs.

I bought this phone for the camera as a refurb right before I went on a trip. Buyer beware, I didn't notice the persistent fuzzy spot on the camera/lens until reviewing all my trip photos after the return period ended. A decent if bloated phone but I won't be getting another refurb.

Bought this to replace LG G4 with bootloop issue. Glad I chose this phone.

I had to return the phone. Best buy did not clean the OS of the phone. It was delivered with the phone custom hacked. Called Samsung they suggested returning the phone. I could not use Samsung pay or other features in custom state. Do not buy the refurbished phone get new so you don't get a compromised phone.

the phone works okay but it came with the wrong charger

Horrible, it wasn't what they promised and I had to the best buy store multiple times and they could not fix my issue. Cost me 90+ dollars more to get a new phone. Trust me do not buy it!

The money I saved on this Refurb Galaxy S7 Phone was substantial. This is the best price I found on one. Best of all, it comes with a 90-Day Warranty (per the paper enclosed). The Unlocked is unbelievably faster and cleaner without all the carrier bloatware---that you cannot delete, which always needled me. This phone is the best I've ever had, mainly because of that. I was surprised there was no manual enclosed, but I guess that's normal anymore. It's easily downloaded from online. Great phone and great savings. Thanks, Best Buy!

I returned it. It was fun while I had it though...

Received the package after 5 business days. The product was brand new. Could not find any scratch marks on the front and back. The earphone jack and charger port looked clean (they can get a little dirty after use). Could not find any issues with LTE, camera, and performance. Would definitely recommend this refurbished product.
