Can't call and use internet at same time
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Phone works great, got it for a great price, and I've been happy with it for the most part, but I will be returning it. I am using it on Verizon and I can't talk and browse the internet at the same time. Verizon Tech Support wanted me to go into the Advanced Calling setting, which this phone doesn't have. Only Verizon phones have it. So be aware of this before you purchase.

Good phone, good price

Great phone but abandoned by samsung

We're the worries to come in the play, are in the complete absence of security updates and firmware updates from Samsung. They simply do not provide support for unlocked us phones. Still waiting, after promise after promise after promise, for nougat update. Buyer beware. Stay away from Samsung us unlocked phones. Unless you are comfortable with no security updates or firmware upgrades.

Defective Screen

I was very excited about the phone so I paid 2 day shipping just to receive it faster. I received the phone today and the screen had dead pixel. I was so disappointed as I I have been waiting for the phone and hoping to use it right away. I returned it to my local Bestbuy store. They refunded the phone's cost plus tax, not the shipping, though. The invoice that was issued did not show the cost of shipping. Even though I liked the product, I don't like the fact Bestbuy did perform a rigorous refurbishment process.

BAD refurbished
