I've had this phone for around 6 months to a year and I've not had any problems with it. The battery has held up well, have not had any crashes, and everything seems to work flawlessly. Would highly recommend this phone.

I charged the cell phone and attempted to set up the phone the next day. I started to set up the phone and stopped. The next day I wanted to continue and the phone did not turn on. I went to Best Buy. It was charging but no screen display. I returned the unit at the store and received a refund. I didn't get the chance to check the function of the cell. The cell was dead after one day of setting up and I never had a chance to activate the cell. This was a REFURBISHED CELL PHONE

I purchased this phone for my daughter, easy set up, excellent performance, great price.

get my phone delivered really fast ,the phone was put inside a regular box wrapped with a plastic wrap only ,becarefull when taking it off cause it can fall out of the opening wrap in the side it come with only a usb charger and a wall unit , missing the sim opening tool and the headphones set as in description the phone is great looking and doesn't reflect any sign of being refurbished ... overall you get what you pay .

Do not buy refurbished phones. Best Buy does not guarantee that all accessories come with the phone. My phone came without the key to open and put the SD card and the cable to charge it. Those items and more were in the description of the phone. So buyer be aware.

I like this new phone. I reserve judgment on camera now but as far as the phone operates I am happy. It's very thin and can fit in my wallet

So far so good. Only had it a week. Samsung Galaxy are great phones have own a few.

I dropped and broke my last Samsung. Wasn't worth fixing it was an old S5. This was a great purchase. Very happy with it.

Purchase as a replacement phone for my husband since he shattered the screen of his other phone.

This cell is used and unlocked. For the price I think it’s a good deal. I am satisfied with this purchase.

So I just received the phone last night (08/15). I spent time setting it up and the whole 9 yards. So it did come with a 90 day warranty from the Geek Squad. As well as it does state that it is Geek Squad certified. As for the process: PRO:Received the phone in 2 days! CON: Did not come with original accessories PRO: It's basically brand new CON: Missing the USB Type C Adaptor MAJOR PRO: Cost almost half the price! I will update review in a few weeks to see if there are any "true" issues to complain about.

Excellent product. The only bad thing is that it only came with the wall charger and the cable, no Stereo headset, no card removal tool, no USB Type C to Micro USB Adapter, no Micro USB Connector, no 2 pair ear plugs as decribed. If I was awared that I wil recieve only the charger and cable I would rate it with a 5 star
