My phone came missing accessories that were mentioned in the description of the phone. Samsung did not help me and told me to contact Best Buy. Best Buy referred me back to Samsung. So I figured it would be challenging to use your warranty. Best Buy told me they do not guarantee that all parts and accessories will be with the phone.

Works Flawlessly
I've had this phone for around 6 months to a year and I've not had any problems with it. The battery has held up well, have not had any crashes, and everything seems to work flawlessly. Would highly recommend this phone.

Cell phone dead after a short time out of the box.
I charged the cell phone and attempted to set up the phone the next day. I started to set up the phone and stopped. The next day I wanted to continue and the phone did not turn on. I went to Best Buy. It was charging but no screen display. I returned the unit at the store and received a refund. I didn't get the chance to check the function of the cell. The cell was dead after one day of setting up and I never had a chance to activate the cell. This was a REFURBISHED CELL PHONE
