Good product overall. Rugged like its named. Not that small or compact, but not huge like your typical smartphones.

I wanted a simple phone because, frankly, I cannot afford a smartphone and the package to have internet access to use one. I only use my phone for texting and calling anyway, so this phone was a good buy for me. I am hugely impressed with the battery life! I can go about a week without charging it and that is impressive in a world where smartphones drain the battery in hours. It is also very durable and will not be falling apart easily. That is also a plus since phones do take quite a bit of abuse even when a person is careful with them.

This phone is absolutely fantastic! I have had this phone for nearly a month. Last week I accidentally dropped my phone into a pail of water and the phone didn't even go off! There wasn't any water in the keypad area (phone was shut when I dropped it) and there was only one drop in the battery compartment. I left it apart for a few hours in a bag of rice to ensure that it was completely dry, but it never stopped working. Will recommend this phone to everyone! This phone replaced a 5 year old Motorola Tundra that I loved and I love this one just as much!!

got this for my brother (and later one for hubby) and they are great for the basic cell phone user. very sturdy, easy to use, fairly large number keys to make it easier for a guy to use and the battery lasts for over 5 days on standby! would recommend to all.

Having used my old phone forever, it took a little getting used to for calling and texting people. A message pops up that tells me that I missed a call, but only seems to give me the option to call back or go back to the previous menu. I do not want to call back and would like to get rid of the message, but haven't figured out how to do that. Texting special characters is awkward since it appears that you have to go to another menu. It was a simple keypad selection on my old phone as were emoticons. Before I got the phone, I read reviews about the tinny quality of the phone calls. I have not experienced that in the least.

Bought this phone for pre-teenage kids because it's rugged, durable and can be used for phone calls and texting. No need for the kids to be on the internet with their phone. They can throw it in their backpack and I don't have to worry about anything breaking.

My husband loves his Samsung Rugby! He likes a standard "flip Phone". This one is thick enough he can get a good grip on it. He said he likes the size because he "knows it's in my pocket"! It is easy to use, and the sound is clear.

Easy to use; louder and clearer than first Rugby. Tough.

The best cell phone I have ever owned as far as reception. No problems calling and receiving. I would recommend to family and friends. This is a very heavy duty cell phone.

Got for my husband who has never had a cell phone so wanted it simple. It pretty simple. He doesn't like the fact of needing a password for voice mail. Also the only instructions that came with it was a quick setup guide. The buttons are large enough for him to dial easily. Also it's a rugged phone. Overall seems to be a good choice.

Great phone. Vert rugged this is my third rugby only problem I have had with two previous ones was first one hinge cracked after I dropped it then stepped on it. Second one had problem with battery life would charge it all day take it off charge would go dead Nd shut it self off after 6 hours or so. This one doesn't have any problems.

Samsung phone is a great little phone . Very easy to set up and use.

I'm on the road all day delivering 50+ pound containers, this phone can take the occasional collision with a heavy object and occasionally being thrown from the dashboard during a quick stop or turn. Love this thing.

Originally designed for the military, this phone is rugged. On sale with a 2 year contract the price was tremendous....$1.00. Takes great pictures. Easy to use.

My time with it was limited, but the set up of the phone for my on-in-years parents was easy. It took some time for them to get used to it, but once they did, they've been loving every minute of it!

I am a remodeling contractor so my phone gets a lot of abuse. Like the bigger keys. Great phone...easy to use.
