This is a nice cover that works the same as the smart cover on my old S4 phone, except that it snaps over the phone. (On the S4 it replaced the removable back cover of the phone.) Since it snaps over the phone, it increases the thickness notably. The window's touch sensitivity is appropriate, and allows you to view the most needed checks on the phone by tapping the power button.

We bought this case for my husband because he had the same style of case on his old phone. When he upgraded phones he wanted the same kind again. I had originally about one of these for my phone too but I didn't like it and returned it. I use my phone a lot and I found it annoying to open the cover every time I wanted to text or use an app

This is the perfect little cover for the Galaxy S7. You can see who is calling without opening it. I just wish it had a card holder on the back. My dad saw mine and now he wants one for his S6.

I like this cover and had it before on my other samsung phone. I like that when I open the cover it unlocks without swipping and can see the time in the window and answer calls from the windoe.

This is the best case I've owned. It protects the phone and especially the touchscreen. With other cases my screen protectors always cracked not with this one. I'll buy it again.

This is possibly the worst, most-expensive purchase I've made for a phone; which is surprising, given Samsung's high quality, and this being a handset manufacturer case. It is possible all of the problems were due to this being an atypical example of a case, but I'm not willing to give it another go. Main problems include: 1) The cover drifts open (when the phone is lying on a flat surface), constantly waking up the phone, and more quickly draining the battery 2) The viewing screen in unresponsive, and would cause inadvertent hangups, answers, dismissals, etc. 3) The viewing screen clouded in warm, humid weather 4) The viewing screen left a square-shaped film "fingerprint" on my phone screen (it wipes off) 5) The camera (which is supposed to be responsive from the viewing screen so you can use the camera while the case is closed) would not function – The camera would launch, but it would not register the shutter press through the viewing screen 6) Someone knocked my closed-case phone onto the floor, the case opened, the phone landed face-down and exposed, and they stepped on and skated on my phone across a floor (the phone is scarred, but the case is fine; which is a good thing, I supposed) Again, it's possible there is something wrong with this particular case, and others would have done better – but again, I'm not willing to risk it. (I am generally a big fan of Samsung products, so this case surprised and disappointed me.)

The Samsung S-View Flip Cover for the new Samsung S7 in Gold worked out perfectly for our daughter's phone. It permits her to see time, etc. even though the cover is closed.

Absolutely great. Covers the entire phone. Makes it easy to see calls and texts through the pen window. It's magnetos it always remains close. I recommend 100%

Recently i purchased samsung galaxy phone protection cover with see trough window. I love being able to see and answer calls without opening the cover.

The S-View Flip Cover for the new Galaxy S7 is FANTASTIC to say the least. I love how you can take photos and read notifications through the cover!

This is a really great and functional cover for the S7. I really like the fact that you can easily see notifications before opening the cover.

I have always had a Samsung Phone and I am never disappointed. I will continue to use this product as I am very happy with the products performance.

Case may not be very equipt with protection but it serves the purpose of having an s-view and enough to protect the corners and screen.

I went from a Galaxy 3 to this Galaxy 7 and really love this phone. Got a great deal through Best Buy so thought it was time to upgrade.
