Nice unit. Lighting is good inside, nice features. I like the door in a door feature, makes it easy to get often used items. The inside door compartments on the left side however are not as useful due to the shape because of the ice maker. The inside is spacious and I like the adjustable shelving. The freezer drawer takes some getting use to unless you like digging through stacks. Luckily I have a upright freezer so I only put items I want quick access to.

The French door concept along with the extra double action door on the right hand side is very nice and useful - and saves on energy use. I loved the large capacity of the freezer, the sensible layout, and ease of use. The only negative would be that it would be nice to have some sort of drain for the outside water - ice dispenser, rather than a small welled tray to catch drops or ice chunks. You need to hold your cup or glass close to the ice dispensing mechanism - or ice will fly out onto the floor. All in all it is a great appliance and seems pretty quiet. Also, the delivery guys were great and knew what they were doing as far as removing doors to both the house and the appliance and took care to not damage anything.

Replaced a 7 year old LG fridge, which we moved into our garage for extra storage. The design by itself is a significant upgrade from our prior fridge. The dual purpose door allows you to just access a series of pull-out trays where you can keep the items you use the most, allowing energy savings, I'm pretty sure. It is certainly very convenient. Shelves and drawers are easy to arrange. It was quite easy for us to arrange a space for tall wine bottles/juice bottles, which made space usage much more efficient. There is an ice maker in the fridge, with a larger ice bucket in the freezer. I find myself using the freezer ice more often, mostly because its faster than waiting for the ice to come out from the fridge dispenser. Also, the fridge ice is white and cloudy, while the freezer ice is clear. I don't know what that is. Very quiet operation. Very smooth doors. Temp seems quite stable in a month of use. Don't know yet about energy consumption, but according to CR, it should be very low. Looks very nice, inside and out. Interior lighting is bright and uniform.

After reading multiple reviews, decided to go with this fridge. First fridge arrived with a noisy motor that was very noticable, especially when the previous fridge i had was not noisey. This fridge also had a known issue with a dripping water dispenser. After following Samsung own youtube video fix, it did stop temporarily but started up a again. Every now and then the water would having a drip or two after it had dispensed water. We ended up getting a replacement fridge delivered. So far it has been really good. The only thing right that i have not figured out is why after changing from crushed to cube ice, that I am still getting crushed ice. Googling this issue appears that if the ice dispenser senses ice in the dispenser then it will dispense crushed ice until it is cleared. Still need to see if this is true.

My previous refrigerator died so I went to Best Buy to find a replacement. I did not go looking for this refrigerator. This refrigerator was an open box at a great price. I ended up with a bigger refrigerator with bells and whistles I previously didn't know about. The Samsung refrigerator is working great. I couldn't be happier.

This fridge is an excellent investment for long-term horizon. For it's value, you are getting a lot of benefits in return. It is spacious, bright, modern, and energy efficient. It is great for those whom have more fresh food than in the frozen compartment. The hidden door is great for those things you grab often from the fridge. Also, you can get a rebate from your electric service provider (if applicable) since it is an energy star-rated product. The only thing I didn't like about it is the size of the ice cubes from the dispenser, but that is only knit-picking.

This is a newer model of a Samsung refer I owned. Samsung has gotten too "frugal". No egg container, no butter dish, no wine holder, no plastic mesh in the ice bin, and no scoop for ice in the bottom ice maker. I did have to order the correct storage with the pizza access for the freezer drawer. This model does have more room and the water filter is much more conceniently located.

Everything about this refrigerator is excellent. Shelves are laid out well. Brightly lit--can easily see everything. Has a flip up shelf, making it easy to store tall bottles. Show case door and water/ice access convenient. Freezer has a narrow upper shelf for small items so they don't get lost in the bigger sections. It is quiet. Alarm sounds when door open. Replaced an older refrigerator--this was a big improvement.

I bought this fridge to replace my side by side fridge. The features on this new fridge are amazing!!! Love the extra bin in the freezer!! It has a lot of space for everything!!! I recommend it!!!

I recently decided to upgrade my fridge. I decided to go with the Samsung 30.2 cu ft fridge with door-in-door feature. The fridge has not disappointed. There is more than enough space for me to keep the items I need. I have been very happy with my purchase.

great fridge. much better than our previous one. we only have had it for a month but so far its great. silent and lots and lots of space. went from a 25cu ft side by side and wow. we put all our stuff into it and it still looks empty.

I love this fridge. My favorite part is the ice maker and the space this refrigerator has. This fridge is spacious and the freezer is on the bottom with lots of room to store frozen stuff. I also like the French door handles.

I love this fridge. It’s very spacious and is beautifully set up. The only issue I have is that my ice maker is giving me some problems with it after a couple of years (I don’t even use it that often) for some reason when I select crushed ice, nothing comes out. For full ice cubes, it’s fine

Renovating our kitchen and got all samsung products. WE made a great choice.

WE really like our new Samsung fridge with ice maker and the extra door for retrieving drinks etc... All the adjustable shelves inside are very nice, plus the pullout drawer for lunch meat for extra storage, and the pull out freezer drawer, makes it easy to organize your freezer goods.

I love this purchase. It is extremely useful with all the shelves and double door opening, which allows us to store sodas and drinks without exposing the entire fridge. The storage area for the freezer is nice as well. My only knock is that I wish the fridge area was just a little bigger.
