    Copier not able to perform any function. Checked by Best Buy Geek Squad and found to be defective. Product returned.

    I've had this printer for 4 months.It prints well and decently quickly if connected via USB and not wireless. My issue comes with the document feeder. It constantly jams, takes multiple pages at once, or flat out doesn't work at times. This happens regardless of many or how few pages I place in it. I use this for my small business and scanning multiple pages at once is extremely important. This has caused multiple delays for my business. I wouldn't recommend this machine because of this.

    Everytime I use this horrid printer, it jams, limited paper try. I mean 5 pieces or it chokes. I waste 2 pages for every page I manage to get it to print. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG. Absolute crap!
