If the box is close to WiFi you get super great quality. Very clear picture.

For some reason, the camera does not do as good of a job notifying on iPhone and it's impossible to sign up on Google like it says you can. Trees swaying set off the camera, but if you turn the sensitivity down it doesn't detect people. Great angle of view though for real time viewing. I would recommend purchasing an SD card for it.

Love samsung. Easy to use camera and software system.

I like the stand alone feature of the device as if it's having its own little modem. No lenghty cables required, just plug into a powerpoint close to the camera position. Very redundant, when one recorder goes out the remainders will keep on recording. No central dvr place needed anymore. And managed to connect through an apple time capsule. Not been able to do this with bigger 4-8 cam systems easily. Great product.

If your smart you will not buy this camera. We have had nothing but problems with it connecting since we bought it. I regret not returning it before time ran out for us to do so. It works a few weeks then you have to start all over again. It keeps loosing the wireless connection. The power unit is sitting right below our cable box so to far away is not the problem. We have no problems with anything else in our house including our indoor D-link camera. We have not had one problem with that. I just spent an hour again trying to get it connected. I gave up. It just keeps telling me to check the Internet connection. What a waste of money. Don't buy this camera.

The installation of this camera has been a NIGHTMARE! 3 technicians have come out to install and the camera still doesn't work as it is suppose too. I have asked for a refund of my money because what was promised has not been delivered .

The camera is to detect motion and record. It worked for a month and now has stopped. Have not got an answer from Samsung or the Geek Squad as to how to fix. Bought a 2 year extended warranty so back it goes.

Setup is a breeze. Don't know if the picture quality not being great is from our wifi signal being cellular, but it is acceptable and was a simple solution to view our weekend property.

Never really set it up but I did open it i try it out looked like a really nice camera but after all I didn't really need it

Purchased the product after doing so research on non-"service based" cameras. Despite some issues with the setup instructions, I was able to get the camera configured in a short time. All features on the box worked as claimed. Not the greatest product/features but it did work. . . for a while. Then, I and others started receiving a message in the App on my iPad about some Google service privacy policy change. Google had nothing to do with my setup. The app would not allow me to logon (ie use) the camera after that. I called Samsung, they said "it must be some change we’ve' made on the server, we'll call you when it is resolved. I waited a week, the error continued. Disgruntled, I returned the product with no questions asked (thank you Best Buy!), and I'm still waiting on that call from Samsung.

Love this camera. Great quality for the price .the zoom could be better but oh well.

It does what it says. The quality was ok. Set up was a bit difficult for me.
