Make Sure You Have the Hub
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While this product works for all intents and purposes, you must ensure you have the ADT security hub, otherwise you cannot connect it to your smart home. Good product, and if you have the ADT hub, I highly recommend. However, I'll stick to the sensors for the hub I already have.

Instant alerts on my phone when someone enters

It is great to know when a friend comes over to watch my pets, or heaven forbid to know when a burglar breaks in.

Xmas gift

Works Well But Setup Is A Pain

Apparently using the classic Smartthings app is recommended rather than the new app, but it doesn't say that anywhere. Once I got these setup it works well. I wanted a system that didn't have any monthly fees, but had phone alerts and a siren.
