We bought this for one of our clients that wanted to automate a few lights and thermostat. Having total home control via the app is where this product shines. Easy to grow with your needs with zwave products, simple setup and scale-able. I now own one myself and find new uses for it all the time, makes my life easier like technology should.

Overall good product and works well but motion sensor battery dropped to 90% after a week's use. Will continue to monitor the battery. other brands sell these sensors for much lesser and if their batteries last longer this product may not be worth the price

This is not for someone who doesnt want to tinker with things. It takes a bit to get used to the integrations and app that you can then tie to IFTTT items but overall good quality. Since it ties to the cloud if the cloud goes down (which is has several times) your functionality goes down.

the smart home system works pretty well. I like it so far compared to my previous home monitoring system especially the fact that its compatible with numerous non Samsung devices. I am Still exploring the many opportunities it offers.

was looking for this after I picked up a few Amazon Echos for the house, this opens and closes my front door and arms my alarm system and we are able to monitor our home when we are away, comes with a few plugs for fans, lights, etc.. that you can use your voice to turn on

I've bought many other smart home devices that were cheaper and didn't need a hub that work just as good if not better. I would return it but I believe I am over 30 days now. I thought this would help with powering on my TV through Alexa but it doesn't. My Samsung TV doesn't power on with it using Alexa, and I don't need it to power TV off through Alexa. I forgot I had Harmony hub and remote that would power on TV through Alexa. Overall, I do not recommend.

I really enjoy my new home automation. There are so many “things” you can add. The only reason that I didn’t give e this 5 stars is because several of my “things” lose connection with the base station.

This is the one hub to rule them all - a system that can really tie up you smarthome (as long as it supports the devices of course). Its a bit complicated to use but after you get it its gold.

The device is pretty good. You get a bunch of different smart things and you can them as smart plugs or monitoring devices. And connect all of it with your phone

This home monitoring kit is a great start to self home security monitoring. So far so good works great with my S8 I added a camera and the best part no monthly fees.
