I bought this solely to control my Kwikset lock but I have slowly integrated other products into it as well. The only downside is that it was extremely difficult to link to my Kwikset lock and took a couple of calls to their tech support to get it working. It would be nice if this had a Wi-Fi option as well but it has to be plugged in to an ethernet cord. It can make linking it with other products difficult and I had to buy and extremely long LAN cable to get it to link to my door. The integration with Alexa and Google home is a bonus as well but neither one of those features seems to work with mine. This may be a limitation of their ability to control a Smart Lock for security reasons. Overall, I would highly recommend it.

I had a smart lock but did not realize when I bought it that it needed a hub. The other ones were too expensive. The application (on phone) may not be as glitzy or versatile as some but it gets the job done.

This hub works with my Alexa Dot and the App is great!

Was debating between and the harmony hub... after all the reviews and research Samsung Won! And I'm happy with it! It's highly customizable... can work with almost any devices out there, u may need to do some tweaking

I had a stack of Wemo in use, but was setting up a water sensor for a remote house. The Smartthings hub detected all my Wemo and let me combine it all under one app. Now, I'll go buy another for this house.

This hub is a great way to start up your smart home

Only had it for a few weeks. Able to add nearly any smart device. Works with iOS, Android, Amazon, Siri, Google. Just starting my home automation, but I am excited to have this as the center of my network.

Works as advertised, for the products it is meant to support. It would be nice to see a uniform home standard to emerge. Between this, the Hue Hub, the Lu-tron controller, Nest and Apple Home this is my 5th hub

If you want to automate your home, most likely you will need a HUB. This one is great especially when it’s on sale. This is compatible with many accessories and they don’t have to be made by Samsung.

I found the right product that had various of options to make my home secure and trackable on my smartphone. I like the ease of the connecting the products and how it is transferrable to other apps too.

I bought this to hook up with my existing Honeywell security system. Even though I haven't had any experience with this, it was a breeze to get it to work. Now I am able to control my security from anywhere!

This is a great device to tie many of your home automation devices together. It is easy to use and has user friendly app. The bad part is there isn't a easy way to transfer devices from an existing hub to a new hub.
