The Samsung smart hub is great. It allows me to control all my smart devices from my Google home. The app runs smoothly without fail. Highly recommended if you're looking to turn your home into a smart house!

I researched this on line and went to the Bestbuy store to see one. The sales guy in that area had a lot of knowledge of the products. I bought the hub and had no problems getting it setup and working.

The Smartthings hub works very well and is easy to setup. Device is compatible with a wide range of smart home products from a variety of manufacturer's. Look forward to future compatible products.

Very versatile, and easy to customize. Does a lot of functions at 'good' performance, but not excellent if trying to use for advanced home monitoring or security due to surprise compatibility issues.

I love toys and this is one of my new favorites. I use it to control the following... Wemo Switches and Wall Switches GE Zwave Switches and Outlets A Honeywell Thermostat A Samsung WaterLeak Detector and that list will grow. Programing is a snap (but this isn't my first rodeo) and fun. I have a lovely daughter that thinks light switches only work in one direction (on) - now her bathroom light goes off after 20 minutes and the living room kitchen lights do the same between the hours of 10 pm and 6 am (when the peeps in my crib are in their rooms). I have a 2800 sf two story hose and the hub is in a central location next to my router. I haven't had any connection issues anywhere in my house.

This is a great first step for a home automation package. I am really just using it to control some locks to be able to remotely lock and unlock doors. First install really requires the hub to be in the same room and next to the locks (required me to uninstall a lock to get it synched into the hub) but once that was done remote locking and unlocking works well. I wish it enabled me to add users / codes to the locks although that likely requires the next rev of both the locks and hubs. However, given the price point, I guess it works well for a first home automation product.

Been able to connect various things like my garage, doors lights thermostat to my phone through this hub had not only saved me money, but been a life saver.

This hub quite literally can control anything and everything. Mine is hooked up to my Echo to voice control my house and it works flawlessly. Great product, easy to setup and easy mobile app for control.

The Samsung SmartThings Hub was easy to install following the installation guide. It seems well made. It has gone through a couple of updates but has come back on line without a hitch.

The Samsung SmartThings Hub is easy to set up and use,integrated seamlessly with my Amazon Echo and has a number of applications I can integrate with...next up integrating with Z-Wave light switches.

Fairly easy pairing with devices. The only minor issue encountered was the pairing with the Cree smart bulbs - took a while before communication was established; otherwise very intuitive.

How to start, I bought this item on black Friday both with an google home and a Samsung speaker, even if it was said that google home support SmartThings the speaker didn't work with google home, but lets go back to our item from thing that i understand this smart hub acts like a router between your smart devices(all must be only Samsung ) and the network, it did what it supposed to do but truth is if you live in an apartment do you really need to invest hundreds of dollars in smart devices ? my answer is "No" if you want to spend money go buy it otherwise dont

This is a must have for home automation fans. Compatible with all protocols. One small complaint, the app is a little confusing once a user sets up various smart apps and automation routines

The Samsung SmartThings home automation Hub is quite easy to setup and use it has many devices that you can connect with it and I'm very pleased with this product I would recommend it to anyone

I had high hopes this z-wave hub would work as well advertised. I have had trouble getting 3 light switches to work on "dust to dawn" settings and 1 on a "on/off time schedule". Tech support told me there have been problems with platform stability and they were working on it, they also emailed me instructions on the fix and on 2 occasions "pushed a fix" from their end, but to no avail. In all fairness these problems may be inherent with Z-wave hubs I just don't know. If they get these problems fixed and make the app a little more intuitive it would be wonderful.

I've had this for only a short time but it has come in handy with letting in guests remotely coupled with a smart Lock and can take control of my Phillips hue lights with ease.

I use my hub along with a few zwave switches ad plugs. Hub disconnects occasionally, but is always online for the most part. I have not had any issues with this hub.

Using this with Smart Things for the entire home has made life so much easier thru out the entire day and evening. Lights coming on and off when they are supposed to is awesome.

i did entenstive research for wireless home security andi was seesaw on this one and other products out there and couldnt resis tthe price and feature and so far im satisfied happy camper !

I love the hub overall but I wish it had a a little better range. I use it in a business and it would not reach the from in the original location. I had to move it to get it to work right.
