It does exactly what it says it would do. It’s good to have a single hub for all smart products. iOS app is decent and can tie into a lot of products.

It works as advertised. You can set it up with multiple devices. Helps you create rooms or scenes to automate with either Google Home, or Amazon Echo, etc.

I am in love with my Samsung hub. It's a great tool! I live in a little townhome and a bunch were still being built so I was worried about theft when I was at work. I bought the multipurpose sensor to put on my door and it tells me everytime it's opened/closed. I also have lights on my porch and bought the GE outdoor set up and that's nice to turn on/off my lights without having to go outside and unplug it. At first it was tricky to set up. The multipurpose wasn't pairing but eventually it connected. Considering many apartments don't have security systems, this gives me piece of mind.

I purchased the SmartThings hub during a Christmas promotion. It was pretty easy to set up. However, none of the devices that I own work with SmartThings. My fault for not checking thoroughly, but these are really common devices: Rachio sprinkler controller, Lutron Casetta dimmer switches, Wemo plug, Nest thermostat. I ended up purchasing a Wink 2 which is compatible with these. I would recommend to someone if they are sure their other IoT devices are supported with this hub.

I purchased a couple of smoke detectors that are Z-Wave compatible. I didn't know what that meant a the time, but the purchase led me to this hub. I now have outside LED lights that turn on and off automatically with the sun, installed retrofit Halo LEDs that are controlled by the Smartthings app, a motion detector, window/door sensors, and I'm just getting started. There is a strong online community to support new users. Lots of fun learning this technology and quite useful. I think this is the best hub on the market and Best Buy puts it on sale frequently.

I just started setting up my home to become a smarthome and I went with this hub. In my opinion it's one of the best and works great with my iPhone.

Works perfect for me.i can control my lights with Alexa and google since I have both. It's small and look nice. I Already got another one for my parents

Easy to set up. Great hooked up the moisture sensor on my water heater. I use it with Echo dot to control OSRAM lights. Adding motion and door sensors later.

I bought this to work with my smoke detector and bought SmartThings water detectors also. Setup was super easy even with alarm and water detectors.

Great product for home improvement, you can buy lights for like 15$ and connect to it then control by alexa! Great tech, but it will need a lot of spending!

There are a lot of 3rd party items that work with smart things. There are times that these items have to be reset but all in all it has been very smooth.

So far so good. Love the app and it is easy to get my devices synced. Only a few locks and outlets so far but easy to add apps and applets with IFTTT.

I'm new to smart home devices and this is an easy way to start. I've paired the hub and smart outlets with Amazon Echo and the combo is fun and efficient.

Purchased this to use with a Schlage lock I've had for several years. It worked great and I have added several other devices that work well with this hub.

It takes some reading and playing to get the most out of the SmartThings hub. However products that are made for it just work and work well.

This has been a great hub to get started with my smart home. There are lots of different things that will work with this hub. Very happy with it!

Samsung - SmartThings Hub- Is really smart, I bought this Item to set up my smart home, it's highly programmable and very easy to configure

Smartthing allows all smart devices to work together like a charm. If you are thinking of utilizing smart devices, i recommend the product.

Excellent integration into my smart home, took some time to learn the custom smart apps but the base operations are simplistic and easy to learn.

Can be a little flakey at time but overall this has been an essential part of our home automation linking together all the various pieces
