VERY easy to set-up and nice color pictures. IF there's a fault it's that speech coming out of the camera isn't great. OTOH, I rarely use that feature... in fact, I've never used it rxcept to test to see if it works [it does, sort of0

They're good cams and picture quality but randomly they turn off and have to be turned back on

This camera took all of 60 seconds to connect to my smart things hub. Great picture quality. Love the integration with the rest of the smart things ecosystem.

I bought this Samsung camera because my camera was no longer supported by smart things. I was able to get a great deal on this camera. I am very please with it because it works within the smartthings app.

Once unboxed, setup was quick and straightforward. Better than expected video quality, and the sound quality, although with an expected lag, was fairly good as well.

Works great when it decides it does want to connect sometimes it doesn't wsnt to connect.

Bought 2. Had the nest cam. These work just as well and you can have history jut like the nest cams. I also have samsung tv so it's all together.

Not sure what happened. I bought one 2 years ago and it worked well (had to return it because my family bought an entirely different system). For some odd reason when i bought it again this time, the quality went down. Only issue (but big) is that it keeps disconnecting. Unknown reason why it disconnects. My other devices that were connected were all connected. This camera was the only device that disconnected. And it did it multiple times. I had it for a week and it disconnected at least once every day. Im not going to be patient with security because i need this to be working without any issue... fast. I looked online too and no solutions at all. Reset router just in case, reset the camera and everything. Reconnecting to the wifi was also a pain. The camera was not responsive either when trying to troubleshoot. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

It's worth the price. Great use for my room. I had a few problems reconnecting.

The camera seems to work fine - even in low-light situations. I wish I could get it to record longer than 10 seconds when an alarm is tripped. I have it set at 60 seconds, but it still won't record longer than 10 seconds.

Very satisfied with the camera. It has all kinds of settings that you can adjust to fit your needs. Very easy to connect to smart things app

Great wireless security camera for your home. Easy to set up on the SmartThings app. Has a good picture and wide viewing angle.

It’s ok for the price I paid for. There seems to be a delay when it first starts recording. For example, I have the cam pointed at the front door. It doesn’t start recording the moment the door opens. It records when the person entering is half way inside. This is an issue once the cloud trial ends. You only get 10 seconds of footage.

It keeps disconnecting from smartthings hub, it works great for what it is but I wish it was a movable device (360 electric) maybe always work on smart things that would be great

Work great, easy to install. Great video quality! The only downside is that it doesn’t have a Web interface. It only works on mobile devices.

Good value at $20. Video quality is excellent during day and good at night. Works well with SmartThings hub.

Easy to set up. Easy to use with the Smart Things app. It saves video and sends ti my phone anytime the front door is opened.
