Easy to use and install. Bought multiple sensors for multiple locations

I decided to get a leak sensor while I was purchasing the SmartThings Hub so that they would be best compatible with each other. The sensor was simple and easily synced with the hub with no problems. I placed the sensor by my hot water heater and the phone notification gives me piece of mind knowing I will be notified if there is a leak.

Excellent leak sensor for smarthings! I had lot of accidents in one of the bathrooms causing water to leak through the ceiling on the lower level. This sensor has come to the rescue. I have it programmed in Smartthings and warns with a notification on the phone and also turns one of the lights red whenever there is water on the bathroom floor.

This is a very easy to use product, simply remove the packaging to activate the battery and use your Samsung Smart Things App to recognize it. Not only does it senses water, it also measures temperature. My only wish is that it was easier to set up for out bound alerts via the Smart Things app, however that is the app and not the sensor itself.

I have been using this leak sensor for a while. Most of the time it was online and active. However, every 3 month randomly it just disconnects from hub. In that case, one needs to take out battery and put it back to work. You gotta change battery every 5-6 month. Overall, it is lightweight and small zigbee water leak sensor.

It does what it suppose to do, it detects the motion and sends it to the hub, I used it to turn light automatically

Works as expected. I wish it could float and had a wired sensor that can be used inside sump before it fills up.

Haven't had any leaks yet but tested it and worked great with my water main shutoff, and notified me right away

This sensor doesn't have a local Sounder for the alarm so you would need to rely on the app for notifications.

i set it up with wink and hue lights in addition to sending email notifications. Works perfectly !!!

I've heard horror stories of people finding out their their water tank leaked. I bought this as a form of insurance to immediately let me know if there is an issue. I tested it out and it appears to work properly. Hopefully I never have a hot heater tank leak but if I do, this should come in handy!

Good price! I read the other reviews and expect this to work well. Synched quickly with the hub.

I bought 2 water sensors for my washer and 11 year old hot water heater. I tested the sensor near my washer to make sure it works and it did. I figured out after getting repeated alerts how to turn them off. You have to make sure you look at the notification. Once you see it, it finally stops.

Tested as soon as i got it synced up with the hub which was a breeze. The sensor worked like a boss! When reading the directions i come across that you can't get a water sensor wet or it will malfunction....removed a star for being stupid...hoping its a miss print but still....come on samsung.

Bought this as an addition to my current smart things products and the price made it all the better.

I bought this to install in my pool pump house. I have come home to my filter bursting all over the pool house and my pool half empty. That was a very expensive water bill. Hoping this will prevent this in the future. The temp sensor is a plus. It also report the battery level which is nice.

Purchased this to monitory my hot water heater tank in case their was a leak when I was away.

Just received this in the mail. Nice compact package. It seems to work when I tried it out.
