I LOVE my Samsung TVs. I HATE the remotes. They're so counter intuitive. My biggest gripe is I will invariably pause a live show or movie to make a sandwich, answer the phone, or go to the bathroom and when I come back I'll push a couple buttons to resume the program or skip commercials and it will switch channels or all of a sudden load a different app and then you've lost the paused content. This happens so often I got mad and threw the original remote against the wall and broke it. Dumb, right? Also dumb, I wanted to replace it with the same remote. Samsung was out and this unit was the closest I could find. It's almost the same. It's lacking a Disney button and the shape is a little different. It comes with case not shown which I like but it's "sand" color which I do not.

Remote works well once its connected. Everytime i turn the tv on it does lose its Bluetooth connection for about 30 to 45 seconds before it reconnects. I get a pop up on my screen telling me its lost connection. Other than this i am loving this remote. Having a rechargable battery means less waste and less $ spent on traditional AAAs. Having the solar charing option is cool, but not really necessary with all the usbc chargers i have around

Nice easy to use remote, charge lasts you a long time plus you can charge it in the solar. I like that it has voice text.

The extra remote I ordered is the same one that came with the tv. I love it and it was well worth the money as we have a large living room and was always tired of having my hubby get up and bring it to me before he leaves on errands. I have alot of health issues and some days it is hard to walk very far. Thanks Best Buy!!

I love this little guy. NO more two remotes just to watch T V or stream something. Love that it charges by light cell or a cord with an A and C (cheap to buy) connector to my hard drive. This is super, thank you for making it available to me!!

Great product. I had previously purchased off brand replacement remotes which did not work or died within a couple of weeks. I can definitely tell the difference between those & this OEM replacement.

Works great and easily connected to our samsung tv. Not a single issue out of it and love the solar charging.

luckly this remote is compatable with their tv. it works great has a few features that the remote that came with the tv- usb rechargable, no more batteries to buy (at least for that remote lol), and it has a solar/photo receptive pannel, meaning that light can be used to charge the remote as well. cool remote and a welcome upgrade.

Just as good as the original one advantage it charges up with room lite so no need for batteries

All good, however prefer the original that used a power cord and not hassle with batteries

The remote does not light up.Otherwise,it’s great with its protective case and functional controls.

Had to purchase a new one for my tv because my kids lost the control but I have never had any issues

This remote control is solar powered and alerts you when it needs to be charged. Keeping it face down in a well lit room keeps it charged for a long time. Simple to use.
