Pros: - extremely quiet. I mean, at times you must look at the indicator lights just to make sure the washer is running. - Cleans very well especially using the pots and pans heavy wash settings - 3rd rack is very convenient. This is where we place all flatwear, lower profile kitchen utensils, sippy cup lids, knives, etc. - AutoRelease Dry is much better than I anticipated on any glass and metal surfaces. Plastics have an issue drying with this method since their temperature drops too rapidly. Ths dishwasher is more efficient without a dedicated heating element to dry post wash. - you can raise and lower the middle rack as needed Cons: - Having a 3rd rack means less clearance in the second rack. Full sized drinking glasses will often rub or catch on the 3rd rack. If you lower the middle rack to alleviate this issue, you quickly run out of clearance for the bottom rack which will then have an issue holding large dinner plates and pots and pans. - The plastic on the 3rd rack is cheap. The little tines can easily snap right off. I have lost about 6 tines in the 6 months I've owned the dishwasher. - AutoRelease does not dry plastics as well as a dishwasher with a dedicated heating element. - The location of the door hinges means if anything falls down inside, it will be there indefinitely. My 2 year old dropped a cracker into one hinge and now every time I close the door there is a grinding, crunching sound that drives me nuts. SUMMARY: Great dishwasher that is very quiet and washes your dishes effectively. Everything else is secondary.

This dishwasher does a good job of cleaning the dishes and it very quiet. It's difficult to keep the door open when loading it. The bottom rack comes off the track easily. The top rack is not as deep as some others and will only accommodate flat items.

First off, it’s extremely quiet which is great. It’s very easy to start, and cleans the dishes well. Now the things that keep it from the 5 star. It’s hard to tell when you’re in the store, but when I loaded it for the first time I realized that it does not hold as many dishes as my previous washer. The previous one could fit 5 glasses/cups across on the top rack, however the middle of the rack on this washer is too narrow to fit much. The other thing I realized was this washer cannot have both large spoons/ladles in the lower rack and tall cups/water bottles in the middle rack. The spinning sprayer would hit the spoons and not be able to spin. So I have to raise the middle rack and just put the water bottles in the lower rack. This is one of the results of losing vertical space from adding the third top shelf. The third top shelf is nice for some things, but only if they’re really flat. Some larger spatulas just won’t fit. It would have been nice when we had small baby bottle parts, but we’re well past that stage. I think I’d skip the third top shelf in the future.

I have a Samsung fridge, stove and microwave in black stainless. The old non matching whirlpool dishwasher I had finally kicked the bucket. In reading the reviews I was hesitant to buy the Samsung and even looked into another brand in black stainless (all manufacturers black stainless is a little different). After reading deep into the reviews, talking the the best buy rep, and seeing the machine in person I made the purchase. I installed the dishwasher myself and the installation was simple. The torx screw behind the front kick panel to level the BACK of the machine is great! This machine is super quiet, cleans and dries a load of dishes effectively! The sanitize option was great as well. Hopefully this machine will offer years of service.

I can’t tell you how quiet this dishwasher is. It’s amazing because you can’t stand right next to it and barely hear it running. I love the 3rd top Rack because I feel like it gets my silverware cleaner but, it takes up room so when I wash my taller turvis tumblers, I have to lower the top rack & cookie sheets won’t fit in the bottom rack. It’s still worth it for me though - my last dishwasher was unbelievably loud.

After much hunting, this unit had every feature and option I wanted in a dishwasher. Very good looking & sleek design, seemingly very well built, VERY quiet (nearly silent- you won’t even know when it’s on), and does it’s job quite well with getting things clean. Definitely a little more than I wanted to spend, but glad I decided to spend the few extra dollars on it. Highly recommend!

The dishwasher looks very clean and polished on the outside. The top rack is pretty cool where the utensils can be placed. Also it runs quietly from the water standpoint but it does have a small knocking sound when used.

Super quiet. Does a great job cleaning everything. We’ve only had it for a week but it has easily out preformed the one it replaced. Had this installed and the installer was great. Very professional and took the time to ensure everything was done right and gave us a better run through in the unit than the sales to did in the store.

This dishwasher is very quiet and offers the nice features of popping open when complete to allow for air drying and the digital leak sensor for peace of mind. I also enjoy the adjustable racks and spacious capacity. My criticism is that the racks are made of flimsy material. The tines bent while snapping the fold down section into place. For the price I expected much sturdier racks.

This is the quietest dishwasher ever! I couldn't even tell it was running when I was in the kitchen with it. I was surprised by the fact that at the end of the drying cycle the door will pop open. That took some getting use to. Does a great job cleaning the dishes and I love the 3rd rack at the top. It's been so handy.

This dishwasher is remarkable. It's super quiet and there is so much space inside. The 3rd rack on top is much appreciated. The black stainless finish is nice. The controls are hidden, so the outward look is smooth.

This review comes after 7 weeks of daily use. I've been a Bosch dishwasher gal for the longest time. My old unit finally kicked the bucket and courtesy of the supply chain issues the ability to order one wasn't there. Needing something that was as quiet as my old dishwasher and cleaned just as well and could be delivered before 2099 I opted for this Samsung. I am SO glad I did. I've been heating element and garbage disposal free for 18 years and believe me when I say it's much nicer to have a stainless steel interior and no heating element. Plastics and anything marked 'top rack only' can go on the bottom with no issues. The door that pops open is a nifty idea. Not only are the tops of my glasses, etc. drier than with my previous Bosch but they aren't flaming hot either. I can unload the dishwasher much faster if I'm running a load mid day. The 3rd rack is my newest 'must have from now on' feature. I can put silicone can lids, all my kitchen utensils, all my flatware, etc on that. It is SO much easier to place the utensils on that rack than in the baskets and all the items come out CLEAN. Yes, you can still use the baskets if you want but I put mine in the pantry and use that space for other items. The noise made is exactly the same as the Bosch...where you can't hear the machine so the little lights on the front are convenient as my counter covers the top panel and who wants to peek between the top of the door and the counter to see if the blue countdown light is on. This puppy is QUIET. As far as the StormWash it does an equally great job on baked on food as it does everything else. I fold down the tines in that spot, lay my pots over where the storm wash element is and no fuss, no muss. Clean cookware. All in all I have zero regrets buying this dishwasher and my mind has been changed from 'Bosch only'.

This dishwasher was easy to install, and is truly silent when turned on. The racks are adjustable to help fit odd sized items and the Storm wash setting does what they claim. Everyone that has seen it comments on how nice it looks too. Very happy with this purchase.

This dishwasher is so quiet I have to look at the lights to make sure it’s on. The only bad thing is that one load on normal cycle takes 2hours and 25 minutes. But the dishes are sparking clean. I even wash my glasses in this dishwasher and they come out spot free!

So far the dishwasher is working well. Dishes come out clean. I use Finish and all is spotless as well. I have only used the regular cycle so cannot comment yet on the other features. I also rinse my dishes so am unsure how it would behave in an environment with dirty stuck on food or just food on them. Like others, I have been putting my utensils on the top shelf and find myself forgetting to empty this shelf but I do like having it as it allows more room for dishes below. I hope to update this as I am only a couple of weeks in to owning the dishwasher.

This dishwasher is a beauty. Looks great, does a phenomenal job and is so quiet you can hardly tell it’s running. I especially like the feature of the door automatically opening at the end of the cycle. This allows more effective drying.

This machine is incredibly quiet. Almost hard to tell it's running unless you're right next to it and listen closely. Plenty of room, love the adjustable trays, and cleans everything
