Based upon our review of multiple comparable dishwashers sold by Best Buy, this Samsung unit met all of our expectations and was reasonably priced. Online ordering was efficient and the installation was flawless. Could not be more pleased with the dishwasher performance: very quiet as advertised and very effective cleaning all that is put in the dishwasher.

Dishwasher runs quiet so I can run late at night. The third rack is nice to have when you need to put bigger items in the bottom rack. This was part of the collection deal purchased during the President's Day Sale and love the black stainless steel. Overall very happy with our purchase and installations.

This is a great dishwasher. The best part is that it is almost silent in operation. But besides that it is well featured with the third shelf so you can do away with the cutlery holder on the bottom shelf. The storm wash is great when needed and the adaptability of the top shelf to fit different items is a great piece of design. It's great all around.

My old dishwasher broke down so I decided to get a new one to match my recently purchased Samsung refrigerator and oven. This was easy to install and easy to use. The dishwasher is very quiet. The utensil rack at the top is very nice, but you need to leave a space or two between each item so they get clean. Would highly recommend this dishwasher.

Very happy with this purchase, we have had the dishwasher for several weeks now and it is by far the quietest dishwasher I have ever owned. Installation was pretty easy. It looks great in the Kitchen and we are very happy with the operation and performance.

It was super easy to install, it works GREAT compared to my old Whirlpool. No complaints at all. It’s much quieter than expected and I love the third rack. I originally thought it would take up precious room but that’s not the case. Also love the stainless steel tub and easy to access drain in case of particles clogging the drain.

First off love the look nice and sleek. It did take me a minute to figure out how to use it but once I did it’s easy. The only thing I am not a huge fan of is you can’t fit cookie sheet pans in it. Other than that it does a fantastic job and I love it

This dishwasher is so quiet that you don't even know it's running! It also cleans the dishes until they sparkle. I was surprised at the length of time that the normal wash takes (a couple of hours). It doesn't have a dry cycle, but the door automatically pops open to air dry upon completion of the wash cycle.

This seemed to be a great dishwasher. I only was able to use it once before we moved. But it was very quite and it worked great.

This is a fantastic dishwasher. Every dish looks brand new that comes out of this unit. The door pops open when the cycle is done to help extract excess moisture and improve drying. Very quiet and very well insulated. Well worth the money!

Bought because our old model went out. I’m a kitchen remodellor by trade so I installed it myself. Bought it as promo package with a oven/micro combo for Bestbuy gift cards. Unit looks great and matches the Samsung boxy look. We also have a Samsung fridge. Pulled old unit from space and slid this unit almost back in and reached back for a tool and unit gel forward and dented door on power cord bracket. Almost lot my mind because this unit has a feature where the top rack rolls out on its own unless it’s popped back all the way. No unit I have ever installed has ever had a feature like that and it happened before I could actually read the instruction manual to see if it did have a feature like that. I do not care for that feature because I don’t need help pulling a tray out of the dishwasher. Door has a little dent in it that I’ve just decided to keep there. New panel would cost $150+ so it stays for now. I feel the interior working parts seem a little flimsy compared to the LG that I pulled out. It’s an adequate dishwasher and washes and dries the dishes well. It also has a feature where the door opens automatically in the drying cycle which kind of freaked me out. I thought the trays were pushing the door open. I’ll admit that since I install dishwashers regularly, I may have jumped forward a few steps that allowed new features to surprise me without reading up. Still think the unit seems cheaper than what I paid for. Still an adequate unit overall.

I love that this dishwasher is so quiet. Great fingerprint resistant finish makes it easy to keep clean. It is sleek in design and very roomy inside even with the 3rd rack. The features of the drop down tines on the bottom rack and moveable utensil racks make it easy to fit pots and pans in it. The adjustable top rack makes it easy to wash taller glasses. I also had a great installation experience. The installer was very careful not to damage anything and was very efficient and also polite.

Dishwashers should be quiet, lots of room, and clean well. This does all of that. The third rack is very convenient to keep longer items out of the way of everything else.

I purchased this dishwasher from the on line website and I certainly wasn’t disappointed. This dishwasher is so quiet, I can’t hardly tell when it is running. It also cleans and dries very well and I also like the express 60 minute wash!

I love how quiet this dishwasher is and how well it cleans. Find the prongs that support the dishes to be a little less sturdy than expected

This dishwasher is amazing. One of the best. It is real quite and gets the job done. I was amazed on how clean my pots, pans & dishes were after the first use. I’m sorry I hadn’t upgraded my dishwasher sooner. I’m very happy we purchased this particular Samsung brand.

I've had unit for close to a year now and by far, it's been the quietest washer unit I've ever had. I like the adjustable shelving and the 'Storm Wash' is a great added feature. I also enjoy the light touch needed to operate unit buttons. My one small gripe is the bottom shelf design. You have to make sure you position pans with handles carefully so handle doesn't fall through a grate hole to block spinning sprinkler. Outside of that 1 factor, I've really enjoyed the unit so far.
